My husband and I stayed at Red Lion in ****************** on July 3rd and 4th. We were unable to take a shower the morning of the 4th because the shower head was broken. I notified house keeping who reported it and said it would be taken care of that day. We were at the horse races all day and when we returned we found our door had the deadbolt out with the door open. Our door had been open all day, we had to go through all of our belongings to see if anything was missing. The shower head was replaced and that was nice but management I felt just blew off our concerns about the door being left open all day. I don't think she realized for a couple in their 70's what that can be like coming back to a place with the door propped open. We would expect them to give a at least a partial refund for the no shower one day and the extreme inconvenience and stress of having our door left open.
