            I canceled my policy with farmers back in December because I switched jobs. They reassured me on three separate occasions since my payments came out of my payroll that there will be a check issued in a refund for me moving forward. It is now April and now theyre telling me that my policy was never canceled and I will not be getting a refund of what came out of my payroll between October and November of last year. Its 3 payments of $193 they owe me. Every time Ive called, they give me the runaround and never give me a straight answer and now tell me that there is an open policy and I dont get a refund for anything even though it came out of my payroll checks. I am so sick of this company and so sick of dealing with customer service reps who dont do nothing.
