I called in two times and got hung up on. I called a third time and got asked to hold which I sat on hold for ten minutes. I then hung up and called back two more times and got hung up on both times again. I then drove to the location and a delivery drive pulled up and said they were super swamped, and I explained if that was the case, they should answer the phone and let the customer know that or don't answer the phone at all. I then ordered and while waiting for my receipt I was speaking to my girlfriend about how frustrated I was, and he began to as me to stop talking. I told him I was talking to my girlfriend, and he was interrupting. I was not doing anything wrong nor was I talking loud at all. They have one person making the pizzas and at least 4 drivers causing them to struggle to keep up with the orders and phone calls. I expressed that I called several times and got hung up on as well as being put on hold for so long. They don't have enough staff to keep customer service and orders.Business response

The customer has been contacted privately via email to issue a refund for the order placed. More information than provided is needed to process complaints within our system. The manager who was extremely rude to the customer has been terminated after an investigation was carried out from other customer complaints. There has also been additional mangers moved and trained up at this location to help handle to sales and provide adequate and polite service to all customers. We sincerely apologize for this terrible experience with our company. In contacting the customer about the refund we have also offered a credit for a free order. This cannot make the previous experience correct and we know this. We want an opportunity to provide the customer with a great experience with friendly, fast service and exceptional product. This is always our goal and we will continue to strive for this at our location with our new team members and training.
