My husband and I purchased two RV protection policies on an RV we purchased from Oregon RV on 8/21/2020. On 11/1/2021 we requested a refund on the two policies because we were cancelling them both. I was informed by the insurance company Compass RV protection (Contact person: *****, phone ************) that we would receive approximately 75% of the initial amount on each policy totaling $2579.17. In February 2022 we received the refund portion from the insurance company of $2200.40. However, we were to receive the remaining $378.77 from Oregon RV. Oregon RV is aware and knowledgeable regarding the refund they owe me per ******* conversations with ***, an office worker and ***** also an office worker and the person with the authority to issue the checks. Oregon RV has not issued the check as of this date. ***** and her field agent have contacted *** and ***** about this on several occasions. ***** continues to try to help my husband and I with this problem but it has been 2 weeks since *** and ***** have been made aware of the money they owe us. It may not seem that long but I started this process of cancellation on November 1, 2020. The insurance company sent them a check for my reimbursement on January 12, 2021 and I did not get that reimbursement check mailed to me February, 22,2022. I have been working with ***** from the insurance company since January 2022. It is March and still not resolved.Business response

This customer received her refund IN FULL middle of February. We have cancelled checks to validate. Extended contract refunds come from the warranty company to us then we send customer.
