October 24,2022,i bought a subscription to commoditytrends.I called and,spoke with a customer service personell,i was told my subscription would be cancelled.February 3,2023,my bank statement showed $78.00 was taken out of my account without my authorization,after being told it was cancelled.I would like for commoditytrends to reimbursed the money that was taken without my consent.Business response

Thank you for the message. The charge in question was charged 2 weeks prior to the cancellation. Out of good faith we have reversed that charge. Customer should receive and email alerting them to the refund.
