My car has been in their lot for over three months - the most useless group of people. My insurance wouldnt cover the huge differences of them procrastinating getting my car completed because its been sitting in their lot the entire summer. The only way ******* started doing her job was after the district manager gave her a ring. I was charged $435.92 over my deductible for their lazy efforts.Initial Complaint

My wife was in an auto collision on October 16, 2021. Our vehicle was towed to the body shop the same day. The repair was estimated to be an eight day job. However, we still do not have our vehicle back. My insurance adjuster forwarded me an email from December 22, 2021 where he approved the final adjustment for the job and issued payment. The only communication with the shop in the last couple months has been me calling them and being told 'It's being worked on.'. When I called last week to get an update, I found out they don't even have a painter and still wouldn't tell me when my vehicle would be finished. They also didn't have a loaner vehicle available so I have been without a replacement vehicle since November 18, 2021.Initial Complaint

We bought a ladder from a company that damaged our car due to a manufacturer defect. That company was willing to pay for the repair so we called the ****** dealership and they recommended precision auto. They quoted us a reasonable amount for the paint repair so we made arrangements between them and the rack company. It took two months to get our car in. We were told it would take a week for the repairs. We called the Friday after dropping it off and it hadnt even been started yet, they said another week for the disassembly and assessment. We called the next week still nothing. They said they had too many cars coming in for repairs so they were backed up, I told them I would happily come pick up my car until its ready to be worked on because were a one car family and rental cars are extremely expensive. They assured me they would be getting to it. It has now been five weeks, and our car is still there. Now they are telling us that the rack company wont pay the newly quoted price and that we have to pay the difference. Mind you, this is the third quote they have send getting progressively and progressively more expensive. The rack company agreed on a price with them and now theyre coming back for more and holding our car until its paid. Its just not right. The two companies agreed on a price and that should be honored, and as the customers, we should not have been dragged into the middle. The way they run their business seems very predatory in nature. They get you in with a low quote take your car apart them come back for more after the work is complete.Initial Complaint

Transaction Date: 8/26/2021.Business fixed an incorrect location on our vehicle. Was originally told during the repair process that the desired location will be fixed, but it was not when the vehicle was completed.
