My mercury 115 HP EFI 2013 outboard boat engine has stalling issue, i bring to this shop to fix, the first time ,David (Owner) told me he found the issue , he changed O ring for ****** dollars , i went home to test , the engine had the same issue . I bring the boat back to the shop to repair again and this time ,he told me he changed the gear sensor and tested 2 time my boat in river , and he asked me to pay ****** dollars , i tested my boat when I went home , i still have the same issue, look like he did not do nothing, i bring my boat back to the shop for the third time, he told me he needs to replace the whole system of low and high pressure pump for **** dollars and he asked me use my credit card to order this part , and I have to wait 1 month to get my part , but about 3 week later , he called me that he found the issue , the boat is fixed ,he replaced only low pressure pump ,no need to replace high pressure pump, and he told me come to pick up my boat and he will refund for ***** dollars , but HE NEVER DID ,i went home and tested my boat again , the engine ran for 1 min and completely stopped , and unable to restart again ,I noticed my tire on my trailer is completely flat , i buy it recently from brand new , my Bimini top has 2 big holes , look like someone intentionally did that, David said someone sabotages my boat, my boat parks in his property, so he is responsible for any damage .I also noticed the running hour on the boat engine is ****** hours and gas level are unchanged. I would like he show me all the parts that he replaced, all document papers that he ordered parts with date on it , I know customer has the right to request all of this , I spent more than **** dollars for nothing, the engine status is worst than before I bring to his shop, FYI Thanks ****
