The business owner is not interested in politely resolving this dispute. We hired Petros Tacos Al Vapor in May to cater our wedding for September. At this time, the tacos were pretty good-freshly cooked and we were overall happy with the product. On the day of our wedding-They agree to show up at 11am and stay until 6pm. Instead-they showed up at 2:00 and stayed until 5:30. Once they set up-we realized that they did a bait and switch on us- they heated up everything- nothing was freshly cooked. The beans and rice were practically inedible. After the event, guests reported to us that the caterers were rude to them and were taking breaks. ********************* (Owner) then went on to berate my wife and call her money hungry. **** said she would send the money back- but then proceeded to block my wife and **** deposited the $390 check.They asked for advanced payment-which we gave them $560 and then at the end of the wedding we gave them the rest of the money which was $390 We tried contacting the owner of the business and she was completely unprofessional about everything and refused any kind of remedy.They are operating without a business license
