Ive been a customer of this business for the last 35 yrs. and I thought *** built a relationship of trust and friendship with the proprietor, ****. Thats why when he came to our house on March 24, 2023 to diagnose my oven, I agreed to give him a check for $120.00 as advance payment for the repair he needs to do next. He needs to get the necessary parts then come back. He said, all I need to pay then is the cost of the part. I would normally not agree to this but **** had suffered a trauma to one arm and is continuing to work with one arm. I felt badly for him and I figured he probably needed the money. Having our long history, I had no qualms helping him out. However, around the end of June I realized he has not come back. So I contacted him. He said hes been so busy with people with food rotting but h*** get back to me of when he can come. He texted that he can come that day, June 28 between 3 and 5pm. I canceled my appointments and stayed home. But then around 4:30pm he said he cant come until the next day. I was very displeased and told him I just want a refund for the advanced payment and I can no longer do business with him. His reply, sure .Ive messaged him about 3 times asking for my money back but I havent received any reply from him. I just want my $120.00 and for other potential customers to know about my experience. Thank you.
