Quoted on tractor and financed remaining $19,424.24 for a *************** tractor with bucket, 60 brush hog and third function added. The third function $1000 feature was not installed prior to delivery. Personally visited business after delivery several weeks ago due to this mistake and spoke with ****** (dealer) and confirmed the $1000 would be credited to financing versus a refund. Still working to resolve but sent an email today 5/9/2022 on way forward as promised. Have yet to get a response yet and resolve $1000 of money business has not released. This appears to be a trend with a lack of urgency in action but verbal promises to resolve.Business response

Thank you for the letter from the BBB dated 05-09-22
It brought to our attention the unsettled business with ***************.
We have communicated with *************** and believe we have corrected our mistakes.
I have copied below the email sent to *************** that started the conversation with him
and since then there has been phone conversations making arrangement for the delivery of
the third function valve.
Moen Machinery takes full responsibility for the miscommunications
between ourselves and ***************. Thankful we figured it out and were able to provide
customer service that we usually excel at but not this time with ***************.

If you still want the 3rd function, weve got a kit here now , I could arrange a pick up get it installed and then get the tractor back to you in just a couple days. Or we could do a credit like we talked about. Let me know
