0n December 6, 2023, I experienced a high pressure sale from multiple employees of Lavlier Spa in ********* Mall. This is a total scam, avoid them at all costs. I believe the Mall owners are aware of this horrific sales pitch and lack of the results they claim. Never, ever purchase a product from these people they even use their religious faith as a scam to convince you that they are legitimate and above board. With all the complaints of the high pressured sales tactics that the BBB should intervene aggressively. They are a deceptive group and must be stopped.

I was minding my own business until I was hawked down by a sales representative. What started as a casual visit to the mall had cost me way more than I ever intended. I'm not made of money! I was told several different prices by the fast-talking employee at the kiosk that before I knew it-- I was forced into a chair and slathered by all kinds of things I did not approve of, made self-conscious about my looks, and having my card charged over $900! They are also making medical diagnoses about my skin and they clearly are not licensed to do so. They are NOT estheticians or Dermatologists to be able to make such harmful claims.Heard a lady within the 'spa' they lure you to also be slathered on more product after insisting I had to leave, they informed me it'd only take "a few seconds" and it ended up being over an hour with ****** persistent, aggressive, pushy speech without even so much as allowing me to see the ingredients. News flash, I am allergic to the product. I heard a woman screeching at an employee for charging her card over $2,000 without her permission and for a 'red light laser' you can essentially buy for less than $100. They were adamantly refusing a refund or her money back and did the same to me. (There's no number to call on the receipts they give. You have to face them yourself.) They took my info and kept my card to charge on their system-- which I NEVER gave them my consent to do.AVOID at all costs. This is a tremendous scam by people falsifying themselves as estheticians with microdermabrasion machines and red light lasers to help with "aging skin." Shady sales tactics with fast talk, harming your self-esteem to make you feel like you need their product and forced to be trapped in a false spa to be badgered on excessively about their products without being able to leave or them taking "No" or "I don't have $1,500!" for an answer. Do NOT give them your information or credit card if you want to avoid fraudulent charges!
