0n December 6, 2023, I experienced a high pressure sale from multiple employees of Lavlier Spa in ********* Mall. This is a total scam, avoid them at all costs. I believe the Mall owners are aware of this horrific sales pitch and lack of the results they claim. Never, ever purchase a product from these people they even use their religious faith as a scam to convince you that they are legitimate and above board. With all the complaints of the high pressured sales tactics that the BBB should intervene aggressively. They are a deceptive group and must be stopped.Business response

Lavelier does not own ** operate private retail locations for Lavelier, including but not limited to the location referenced. All retail locations are owned and managed by third-party independent resellers.
All returns and exchanges must be requested directly at the retail location in question and handled by the vendor itself. Locations selling Lavelier products are private businesses, and we cannot impose policies on independent resellers.

Pulled into a demo while walking through the mall. Very hard sell, and when I stated I would prefer to take some time to consider the purchase, I was told there was a satisfaction guarantee, no risk, etc. repeated again and again. Based upon those statements, I made the purchase of skin care products and a a Perfection X device. When I return home, I find the receipt says "no refunds or exchanges." Further, I did research on Lavelier and found a lot of concerning information, such that if I had not believed *******'s assurances of no risk, I would not have made the purchase. I have begun a dispute with my credit card company, however as the receipt says "no refunds or exchanges," it is unlikely to bring ME satisfaction. The thing is... this vendor LIED and then charged my credit card. That statement of no refunds or exchanges is only visible to the client AFTER you are told there is no risk, and AFTER they have charged your card and obtained your money.Business response

On sept.14th my wife and I were shown a product at Lavlier spa in the **************.they told us the product was ***** dollars but they would let us have it for **** dollars.We told them that we could not afford that.The sales lady ,***** said she had one that the box was torn and she would sell it to us for **** dollars.We told her we still couldn't afford it.She then told us that we had 7 weeks to try it.We decided that we would try it since we had 7 weeks to return it.We brought it back after 6 weeks because we decided it didn't help my wife that much.I returned to the store and was told I would have to come back the next day.I went back the next day and the person there told me they couldn't help but they would have someone call me.About a week later I got a call from a ******* who told me to send him a picture of the receipt and my address.I have not heard back from him even though I have been texting him.This sales lady lied to us telling us we had 7 weeks to try this just to get us to buy it and now this company is giving us the run around and avoiding us.Business response

The locations are private businesses and we are not affiliated with them, therefore, any return and/or exchange must be requested directly at the location and must be handled by the vendor itself.
In regards to the Compliant Number/File:1845179; filed on 11/22/2022, related to the Lavelier location, we had checked our records and see that the customer had not contacted our customer service department ***************************************************. Please have the customer contact out customer service to file a complaint and reference Case #******
As wholesaler and manufacturer are not in any position to impose management regulations or policies to any of the locations, and that includes exchange, return and refund policies.
