In April 2019 I hired ******'s Home and Building Repair LLC to install tuff core elements premium spc flooring system (limited lifetime warranty/ 10 year commercial) throughout my house. There were a couple hiccups with getting the product, so it was finished in June 2019. The flooring was purchased by the construction company from ************** in *********, ******. I paid ******'s Home and Building Repair LLC two installments via personal check. Check #**** was deposited by the construction company on June 14, 2019 for $5380. And check #**** was deposited by the construction company on May 21, 2019 for $5380.I know I mentioned it verbally to ***** that there were some issues with the flooring (pieces becoming unattached and separating) within that first year of installment but I have it in text message August 6, 2021. More and more pieces are coming apart. I sent him pictures. He came over August 11, 2021 and looked at the flooring in person. March 7, 2021 the flooring rep and ***** came over to look at the flooring in person. Both acknowledged this was not normal. The last update I received was from the construction company trying to get an invoice from Payless Lumber. I've reached out August 8, 12, 23 of this year to the construction company for updates and have not gotten a response.
