I'm trying to get two Starbursts at the mini Mart in Chevron to acquire 80 points so that I can acquire my needed 69 points to achieve 50 cents per gallon off. I have the app open and she asked me for the $5 and I gave it to her and then she said that she can't put my phone number in it's too late so that I could acquire my points. I asked for a legitimate return so that I could do the transaction again and instead of forgetting my phone number to instead put my phone number into the system so that I can acquire the *********************************************************************************** this country as a citizen was completely subverted. I was verbally abused mentally abused and overall she does not deserve to work at a customer service position... It's against the law to refuse return if it's legitimate and there was nothing wrong with returning it so that I can insure my 80 points. If I would have gotten my 80 points, my points would have reached enough for 50 cents off and I would have spent $80 or $75 on gas which is a formidable up sale. Instead I had to leave because she broke all the rules of customer service she broke the rules of basic business policy... I don't think I was treated correctly I don't think I was treated right I think the solution for this is either shut her business down or to find a way to acquire the 80 points and gain some sort of apology maybe a small incentive to come back. This was unfair to me and the thing about it is, it is her attitude, it is like that throughout her entire business etiquette. This attitude is prevalent through all areas of her expertise in that store. She has a bad attitude she doesn't equal up to normal standards and I think she should be reprimanded.Business response

We responded directly to the customer and offered a solution to remedy such complaint winch he gladly accepted.

The business manager reached out to me and told me that yes she could have done a return, yes she could have rung it up again and did it properly so I can input my phone number and received the points... "She could have wrote a note on the receipt of the previous transaction letting the ** manager know that it needs to be returned through the business policies because she doesn't know how to do the return on the register..." (The ** acknowledged that would have been a decent option)...
He assured me that that would not happen again because they would be informed to go ahead and do the return if something like that happens...
However I was not offered any compensation other than I was allowed to have what I was trying to receive when I first showed up, nothing more... (50% off of the Starbursts transaction would have been an example of an incentive)...

On 4/9/2022 around 11:50 AM, I went to this Chevron location to get a car wash and before heading into the wash, the attendant walked around my passenger side of the vehicle and attempted to push my side mirror in and broke the mirror. After going through the wash I talked to the employee and got his boss's information and gave them mine. This was the weekend and he said he would be in contact with me the following Monday. On Tuesday or Wednesday I had not heard anything so I reached out to management. I was in Email contact with ********************* for a while and he said he would be getting back with me until after about a week he stopped responding to any of my emails. I then went to Chevrons website and opened a ticket with them (case number ********), that was over a week ago and still have not heard anything and cannot get a response from them. I have photos of the incident as well as dash cam footage. All I am seeking is for their insurance information so i can get my vehicle repaired. They have been far too difficult to reach, and when I do it with someone who cannot provide any answers.
