      This dealership has a Honda Civic Type R listed on their website at MSRP with an internet price of MSRP, when contacting the dealership about that vehicle I was told that it has a $25,000 markup on it. False advertising online to get people in the door, very shady and possibly illegal in the ***************.

      My experience with them is the definition of shady used car dealership. Test drove a Honda HRV in May, salesman told me it was a non-smokers car in the car (I did not smell smoke when I test drove the car & only smelled the freshener). It drove great so I decided to trade in my current car & buy this HRV. When I did my own cleaning of the car after purchase, I discovered 3 netted scent wafers under the seats. After I removed scent wafers I found that they were masking a STRONG smoke smell. I was shocked bc I don't smoke & wouldn't have bought the car if it had smelled like smoke when I test drove it. I called ************************* the ******* laughed on the phone & said it was his FRIENDS ********* friend doesn't smoke cigarettes' but rather marijuana (it was definitely smoke but also why splitting hairs here?). I decided to take the car to a detailer for smoke ************** said it was one of the worst smoke odor cars they have done. They had to do the odor removal treatment twice & the smell was still bothersome & gave me headaches. I took it back to the dealership in August to see what can be done & they offered to buy it back for less than what I owed on it which I refused (they also insisted that because I drove the car before buying it that I KNEW it smelled like smoke even though they masked the smell & also the salesman told me it was a non-smokers car). And when I asked why they had masked the smell of the car, the manager said it was standard detailing that they do which is a lie because I test drove their used ****** Crosstrek when I had wanted to return the smoke car & ****** was not scented w/ freshener & I was able to smell the pet odor in the car & MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION NOT TO GET IT. Its just bad *************** aren't owning up to it so I won't let it go bc no one else should go through that. Other dealerships I have been to since do not add any scent to their used cars so that the customer can make a truly informed decision. Don't get used car here.

      We've had abysmal communication. After a fairly pleasant evening of test drives plus purchase negotiations, it became almost impossible to get information from staff. It took a week to finalize the financing, despite being approved right away. Requests for warranty paperwork and accessory availability went unanswered. We were told more than once that the paperwork was delayed because we bought it before this had been finalized, as if this was something we should have known at purchase. When the trip permit was set to expire, they revealed that they were waiting on me to return with the car for a DEQ test. I thought I was waiting on plates! No one advised us of the processes and just acted like we were supposed to know what to do. Even though I like my vehicle, I came away feeling like a nuisance, and I'll never buy from Dick's again.
