They said they would be stopping my care because they need to change my start time from 9am to 12 changing 8 am to 12. I would like the time to stay from 9am to 12ish but not starting earlier. I have not given any notice to this business to change times or stop service and I want them to continue.Business response

To whom it may concern:
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Our goal is to do everything possible to serve our clients to best of our ability. We knew that making this choice would not be welcomed by all of our clients but wanted to give them ample time to prepare and adjust prior to changing the schedule by 1 hour. This decision was made due to the very real labor issues in our world today, we had to make an adjustment to our scheduling philosophy. Per the guidance of our home office and the competitive nature or our business and recruitment we made the tuff strategic decision to move to a block scheduling system. This new schedule allows for ** to work in 4-hour shifts cycles that allow our caregivers to work an 8-hour day without large gaps between shifts. ****, 1-5p, ****p, ect. This is an exciting opportunity for us to drive outcomes and efficiency for both our caregivers and our clients. I am sorry that we have had to make a change in someone's life, and we do not take that lightly. It is a strategic decision that we had to make in order to retain and recruit qualified and compassionate caregivers.
