I want to emphasize the gravity of the situation regarding my recent order (WEB-318618). Despite clearly specifying Youth-Medium, consistent with my past orders where Youth-XL was successfully processed, I was dismayed to discover that the system registered the order as Adult-Medium. This discrepancy has left me thoroughly perplexed and deeply concerned about the reliability of their ordering process.Upon contacting Gearup Sport upon receiving the Adult-Medium jersey, I was informed that according to their records, an adult medium was indeed ordered, as reflected in the confirmation sent to my email. However, I have not yet to receive any such confirmation from their company. This lack of communication only adds to my frustration and exacerbates the issue at hand.Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the inclusion of an adult size option in their system for an order intended for youth. This oversight raises serious doubts about the accuracy and integrity of their system, leaving me questioning the level of attention to detail and customer care.Despite these concerns, it is disappointing to learn that Gearup Sport has not taken proactive steps to review and rectify the issues within their IT system. Instead, the proposed solution of offering a discount coupon code for my next order falls short of addressing the fundamental problem at hand and fails to provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter.I urge Gearup Sport to take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore confidence in their ordering process. A thorough review and overhaul of the IT system, along with a genuine commitment to addressing customer concerns, are essential steps in rebuilding trust and ensuring a seamless and reliable customer experience moving forward.Initial Complaint

I started this order in January. It is now August and I still don't have the items that we paid for. We ordered 93 pairs of pants and we still have yet to receive anything. I was then tricked into buying coaching shirts that were not what I asked for. When I asked for updates there is never a clear expectation set. I will not use this company ever again.
