This is the 2nd time this has happened to us. This company is the only business offering jet ski rentals in the area. Most locals know this is an issue and yet its on going and hasnt been addressed. They dont have a reliable phone number or email service so its difficult to know whether your booking is confirmed. They take cash only and dont provide e-receipts signaling fraud. We called and received a confirmation for our reservation over the phone and when we arrived they had no record of our reservation. This was also after I checked at the booth, in person to confirm the reservation. They also took our credit card information yet did not consider that a reservation confirmation. Additionally - they say minors are not allowed to drive the jet skis but we often see kids operating them and are concerned about safety.
