    I typically received care from ***************************** DDS, who is a fabulous dentist. He has been the family dentist for a very long time. His recent behavior and support of his office staff has me truly puzzled. His office staff, specifically ******, is why Im leaving this review. Last date of service was back in July 2023. I spoke with ****** at check in and notified her that my address has changed and provided her that information. Never heard from them after that nor received a bill in the mail. Seven months later I missed a call (2/29/2024) from the dental office. The voicemail was from ****** and full of disrespect and very threatening about a past balance I had no knowledge of. I call back quickly and communicate that I can settle up on a certain date (3/1/2024). I called back on 3/1/2024 and no one answered the phone. I call again on 3/5/2024 with no luck getting ahold of anyone. I receive another disrespectful call from ******. She was speaking down to me and threatening me if I didnt pay right then and there. I let her know that I will have to call back. I call back and give my card number. She dismisses me as I ask to speak to the owner. Minutes later I get another from ***** the office manager asking for a real card number. Then I get a voicemail from the ***** saying that he hopes Im busy with work and not scamming them, that giving a fake card number is never ok. Im just wanting to warn others about this so they dont have to encounter what I did. Nothing about this experience is acceptable. I encourage others to come forward.
