We made a reservation August 2022 for August 2023. We were required to pay the first nights charges. We cancelled the reservation within the time frame of the contract due to a surgery I had to have. We have been trying to get our refund since the time of cancellation in August. We have been given the run around. At that time we were told only one person can write checks and it would be two months to get a refund as she is out on a family emergency. We have called several other times with no one returning our call. Today, November 3,2023 I was told once again only one person can write checks and she is out on a family emergency. The persons name I left a voice mail with was *****. We just want our money back and we feel three months is unacceptable. They owe us $118.25Business response

We are sorry that things have not worked out to issue a check, we have to issue a check versus a refund to the card due to the timing. ************************* is the correct person to have made this refund and she had a medical emergency and still has not returned to work. I forwarded the complaint and we will make every effort to make the refund in the next week to ten days. We are very sorry for the timing and the inconvenience.
