Received order and the bags were visibly blurry despite the file I sent being exactly what they asked for (pdf). I received a proof that was clear but when I received the product 6 weeks later (after being told it was going to be ***** days) only to have them be illegible. I reached out to my contact and they stated "you must have sent a bad file". This was after not receiving any file guides or templates (after asking multiple times) and never being told by the art team my artwork wasn't up to their specs.Initial Complaint

This business is the worst business I have EVER done business with. We spent over $20,000 on 1 order. I personally spoke with the owner who told me he would ship our packages by a certain date. That date has come and gone. The worst part about it is the owner will not answer the phone, and will not respond to us at all. Our entire business is at a complete standstill because we have no Packaging. I would suggest that anybody looking for a ***************** steer clear of this one because they will not respond to you and they do not care about their customers at all.Initial Complaint

I made my order on October 23rd, 2023. I was told it would take ***** days to finish design. It actually took about 35 days to get my order. Pretty sure was only supposed to be 3-5 days for shipping. When I got my order, the vapes did not even fit correctly in the boxes. There was a bunch of empty space for them to shake around. I was under the impression they would send foam inserts with boxes, or that the boxes would be the correct size. After attempting to contact them several times, I finally got an answer. They told me the boxes do not come with foam inserts, and that I would need to get bags to put into boxes to make them fit. I think that should have been specified on the website BEFORE I ordered. Now I need to spend more money to get bags just so my disposables dont shake around in the box. Just seems like a waste. Furthermore, the design team wasnt much of a help, as I pretty much designed the entire box on my own. I asked them to take my logo and make me something awesome, but they did not seem to have the expertise to do so. I will probably not use this company anymore, as DHgate has been **************** for me. They actually send all essential parts with order, and never have my vapes shook around in the box. I would love to get some free bags to put in boxes so I dont have to spend more to buy them.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for custom mylar bags in September. This was a re-order of bags that were perfect prior. They reorder came misprinted. After weeks of trying to contact through email, text, phone, instagram, ********* someone got back to me and assured they'd send a return shipping label. More weeks of no response before I got the label. The label did not match the box they had sent it in and the post office ref8sed. Another month of trying to get a new label. I was told I was lying before getting a new return label. I was assured that the bags would start printing immediately before they got the return for my troubles. That offer was later recanted by another worker. I sent the bags back, and didn't get a response for 2 weeks after they had them. I sent them a dire message to all forms of media saying that if I didn't get a response I was going to have to dispute with my credit card company. I even called a business next door to them and asked if they could go over and have them call me. They did, and they didn't call me.Customer response

Hey thank you. After 8 long months they responded to me within the day of filing the complaint. They have refunded me and banned me from using their site. Win-win! If you need more proof that this business is completely incompetent I will gladly provide pages of them ignoring me after misprinting my order. Thanks again.
