            I stayed at the super 8 motel in Klamath falls ****** for 2 nights. 4/14/23 4/16/23. At 11am 4/16/23 I was informed that I had to leave because I was accused of leaving notes on customers cars and supposedly called an employee a b**** which I didn't. The night manager ***** has got to be one of the rudest people that I have ever run across. When I called to make the reservation I asked if pets were allowed and was informed that all pets were excepted. I have a cat and it was supposed to be kept hush hush between one employee and myself. Well that wasn't the case. I was given an hour to get out and treated like c*** I want all of my money back, pet deposit etc. Otherwise I will be seeking further action.

            Like all the other one-star reviews, if I could give it a negative hundred Stars I would!While I was checking in at the lobby one of the employees was smoking pot in the lobby! When we went to our room it smelled like pure urine! The sheets were dirty and not clean and had stains all over them! So we immediately decided to get the h*** out of there. They gave me a refund "supposedly". But when my statement came the next month they still had charged me for the room. I called and talked to a guy at the front desk and he said that only the manager can do returns and that I'd have to call back at a different day(what a crock of crap!) This place is way out of code, disgusting, and has zero customer service. This ********************** 8 hotel should be condemned!
