I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee on 8-2-2024 from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Klamath Falls. I traded in a vehicle during this transaction. They agreed to pay off the loan for my trade-in vehicle per the terms of our purchase agreement. I reached out to them on 8-15-2024 asking when they would be paying off my trade-in as the bank showed they had not received payment yet. They advised that it takes 4 weeks to pay off a trade-in. I sent a screenshot from the *** stating that the dealer has 15 days to payoff a trade-in and asked if the law had changed and if this was not the case anymore. I received a response from their finance manager advising that a check was sent on 8-14-24 to pay off the vehicle. I checked daily for the check to be posted & the car to be paid off. I reached back out on 8-28-24 as the car still was not paid off. They finally wrote me back on 9-3-24 advising that the check was "lost in transit" and a new check was sent on 8-30-24. I have asked that the interest be paid for by the dealership & also advised I was filing a complaint to the *** Business Regulation and now cannot get a response from them.

In January 2023 I was in a at fault accident and brought my car to this service center where I also purchased the car. I have a 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee L . A rim and alignment was fixed and replaced initially. I was given back the car and it still had a loud popping noise when veering to the left. From ************* I kept bringing the car back to the service center regarding the noice and was told they didnt hear anything. On 7/17/23 I finally drove with a mechanic and he finally heard the noise and the car was put back in the shop. *************** it was back and forth why the car was not completed(way more to the story not enough characters to write)I was finally told that because of employee issues and the tool to fix the car was taken by the ex employee they could no longer work on my car and I needed to come pick it up. When I arrive on 7/14/24 to pick up my car. The guy working goes to retrieve my vechical and it is completely dead. After a few attempts they finally get it charged. We waited for a hour for it to charge and then after a year I finally get to see my car. I looked like it had been sitting in a junkyard. I was under the impression it had been recently worked on but it looked like it sat for at least 6 months. Cobwebs, layer of dust in and out , bird ****, sap, black lining on outside of car was sun/weather damaged from sitting to long in the back lot, no mats were used inside, then we open the hood and the fabric in the hood paneling looked like a rodent/small animal had been living inside of it for awhile damaging the engine compartment. Engine cover was missing, possible wire and part damage from the animal that had been living in the hood while the car I was led to believe being worked on actually sat in the backlot for at least 6 months. I do not trust them to touch the car anymore and do not feel safe driving this car. I would like to find a solution to rectify my damages.

Dealership/repair facility had my vehicle from Aug.4, 2023 to October 20, 2023, for an engine replacement. The remanufactured engine has a 3 year/100.000 mile warranty. When I arrived to accept the vehicle, I was not given a copy of the engine warranty. Federal law requires repair/installers to provide customers with copies of applicable warranties and all paperwork that is to be recorded by the repair facility.{15 U.S.C *****} and {15 U.S.C 2301-2312} When pressed, I received a generic copy of the Mopar Administrative Guide. I learned that the parts department failed to register the engine serial number with MOPAR or engine manufacturer. I requested the engine serial number from the service department, but they could not physically locate it on the engine. Subsequently, the engine warning light has alerted two different times. A different location of the same company stated that neither issue was covered by the warranty. Further, the service paperwork was suppose to have the engine serial number affixed to it. This decal is included with the shipping crate of the replacement engine. That shipping crate was returned WITHOUT obtaining this identification sticker. Additionally, this warranty is suppose to be transferable. I suspect selling this vehicle could be difficult without the proper and adequate records to prove the existence of the engine warranty. Repair/service invoices MAY be adequate for proving warranty coverage, but I feel the records are ambiguous if reviewed by a third party.

We purchased a vehicle from a nearby dealership in October 2022. In May, 2023, the vehicle broke down. The vehicle was delivered by me back to the dealership it was purchased from. Due to the fact that the vehicle is a Jeep, the dealership we bought it from, took it to Lithia Jeep to be fixed through the warranty. The dealership we bought the car from has been GREAT. The dealership that is supposed to be fixing our vehicle has been terrible. They have had the car since May 2023. We have been told multiple times dates the car would be fixed. That date then passes and the date gets pushed back farther. We are paying on a vehicle we dont even have and have been doing this for far too long. Most recently, we were told the vehicle would be fixed November 7th, 2023. Last Thursday, we were informed the date the vehicle is scheduled to be fixed is now November 22nd, 2023. They are reporting that the issue is obtaining parts but at one point, we were asked when we were going to bring the vehicle to get fixed. We explained that the was already and has been located at their lot. At this point, we are working towards obtaining a new vehicle but are unable to complete this as we need this one fixed to trade in. We understand that the dealership is short staffed and parts can be hard to obtain but enough is enough at this point. Our request is that the vehicle get fixed asap so that we are able to get into a different vehicle before the vehicle we may be most eligible for sells.

I bought a used Tesla model Y from Lithia in Klamath Falls, I sent a text message to *********************** to where to send the title. They sent the title to **************** ********** of *********** ******************************* which is to register a business, I let them know what happened and they said just go to the company and a person named "********" signed for it. Well I went there and everyone is teleworking, tried to make several calls and could never get to the person named "********" or my vehicle paperwork. I called Lithia to fix the problem and they told me to just go to the *** and this has happened before and my paperwork is just sitting in a box and if a pay for it my title will just come and I will be able to register my vehicle.I went to to Lacey ***, *********** *** and ******* ***. They all told me that I can not register my vehicle without a title that I can pay the registration but will only get a 2 month temp tag till the receive the title of the vehicle from the dealership. They all told me that it is the dealership responsibility to get the title sent where it needs to be since in my paperwork that is what I paid for with Lithia. I tried contacting ***************** and ***********************, which I have not gotten any response, I sent Kaleb an email on June 13th which I haven't gotten a reply. My bank is asking for the title and my insurance is going to drop me because my car is not register and I can't even drive my vehicle because I don't have tags. I just want lithia to send a new title to ******************************, ************************************************************************.

On 4/28/23 at **** I dropped my truck off to have a PCM programmed and installed. Upon receiving the truck post fix, I found parts not re-installed. Parts include 2 PCM wiring harness dress assemblies and rubber negative battery cable cap. I have since re-installed the rubber cap. In addition, I found garbage left in the vehicle from the mechanic or someone that works there. On 5/3/23 at 11:15 am I attempted to talk to the general manager but was told by reception he was at the Toyota dealership. On 5/3/23 at 11:22 am I spoke with reception at Toyota and found he was in a meeting with the service manager. I left a message with her asking for him to call. (No call back as of 5/3/23 5:30 PM)On 5/3/23 at 1:05 PM I called the service department at Lithia Dodge to schedule having them finish putting my truck back together. (No call back as of 5/3/23 5:30 PM)Note: The pictures show the dress assembly attached on the right, but it is not secured, it will fall if touched. The picture showing both assemblies attached is from prior to bringing it in.

My work environment is a hostile environment and a health hazard. I was landed in the hospital for carbon monoxide poisoning and I brought it to my bosses attention with no attempt at resolving it. There has been multiple times I could have died such as a week after the hospital I also almost got electrocuted. My bosses response was we cant control things going out. There is also an instance when a fellow detailer misused a chemical and went to the hospital himself with no repercussion. He fired our chemical supplier instead and due to that we did not have our supplies witch caused to threaten us our jobs in turn. When the gas leak was reported he also threatened to fire us once more. He has told me stories of his passed to instill intimidation on myself such as his passed on selling illegal firearms and was a bouncer at a club and have taken on big guys. Our eye wash station isnt even filled, its empty. One of his many forgotten promises to keep us safe.
