I have an account for propane service, I assumed after purchasing the home.I was on auto fill to which I did not know. They said I signed paper work stating so. Ed ******************** emailed a copy and my signature was completely not how I sign anything for my entire adult life.What brought this all up is that I ordered propane on their mobile app.3 days later they delivered over $400.00 more propane I did not want or need. After some back and forth I paid the sum. At that point I told them to place my account on will call only. In doing so they removed a device I was able to log in to. Frustrated but oh well. So being on will call last winter I ordered a delivery and it was delivered and I received a notification of said delivery. Two days later I get an email stating they would be delivering propane again. So I called and spoke to a receptionist and told her I am on will call and just placed and received an order. She acknowledged this said it was her error and her manager told her this also and she would cancel the delivery. She did not and they delivered anyway. I have called emailed several times and have not received any response from anyone. So I called again and again asking to have the charges removed from my account and they have taken no action.I paid for the portion I ordered and am responsible for. There is a balance of $106.00 now past due. I do not want this affecting my credit. I did everything responsibly to avoid this and it fell on deaf ears.Please Help!*************************** ************************, ** ************ My billing address:*********************************************************** ************Customer response

Ed STAUB and Sons has returned my call and gave me a very acceptable outcome of the complaint issued.
Please void/delete the complaint as there is no need to proceed any further.
