We have attempted to use this business on two occasions for process service: in May 2023 and March 2024. Both occasions, we submit for service via their online form (the only way to do so) and submit payment. Then the service is not performed and there is no response. We have called and emailed several times to request our money back.Initial Complaint

I paid them for a service processing and they took my money never called me and never served my defendant. Ive been calling for over two weeks with no response and now I want my refund and they wont respond to meBusiness response

We will gladly provide a refund, i the owner have been out of the area and had the employee who runs this office quit without telling me and she moved out of the area. I am almost back to ****** to step in and take over. This is not how my business runs and I am sorry this happened
