I am a disabled veteran and was renting from Morehouse property management. I was forced to end my lease with Morehouse property management as a disabled veteran, because ****** Morehouse would not accept Hud Vash from the veterans administration discriminating against me. Furthermore, she submitted a collections notice based on this property claiming that I had damaged the walls and floors which I was a tenant there for over six years and she was already replacing the carpet for normal for normal wear and tear. She is not representing the property owner in a good light and committing fraud trying to shake down a disabled veteran for *********** and tear.

      To Whom it may concern,

***** transferred from the owner to us on 3/20/2019.  We never discriminated on her means of income.  Her rent was low and we only raised rent when it was legal for us to do so.  We treated her no different than any other tenant.  Please see attached, her notice to vacate said nothing about her inability to afford the rent. You will also see her final accounting, she damaged new flooring that was installed when she lived in the unit.  The unit smelled very bad, had multiple cats that we became aware of  after she moved out.  All flooring was completely destroyed and she was only charged a portion of the repairs, due to the years she was at the property.  Wear and tear was not normal, I have included pictures as well.  After she received her final accounting she signed a promissory note stating she would make us payments, the promissory note analogizes that she admits to owing the money.  She never paid on the promissory note, she signed.

      Note is also included.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

      Regards,

      ****** Morehouse

      ****** Licensed Property Manager
