            I paid to have my dogs ears cropped, February 25th, of 2024. I paid a total of 830 dollars, which included the cropping, the blood work, and the ear posting aftercare. Which was 190 dollars, it included the rod, and tape to keep the ears up and straight. For it to be done 8 times. However I have only received a half done job with only tape. The ears will not stay up properly with just tape. They told me they did not need to do the full process. The ears do not stay up. They are bent and not done right. I am frustrated with the job, and they have been putting down the tape as posting. They only did one correct posting. The rest has been taped. I did not pay for just tape. I also did not receive a full amount of them being done four times. I would like a refund for 6 postings. Not four.

            I have been going here for years. I would change nothing about the staff, the vets and the wonderful care they give. I am so so blest and happy that I go to the best Clinic ever. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff and the wonderful Vets that take care of my fur kids. They not only love and take WONDERFUL care of your fur child but they make you feel like family.. I know that my fur kids are getting the best love and care then anyplace else. That alone means everything to me as I am such a huge animal lover and my kids mean the world to me. THANKS to the FABULOUS ***** AND VETS .YOU ALL ARE TRULY THE BEST. MY fur kids even love them!! THANKS once again to all the ***** and VETS!! I TRULY LOVE THEM ALL!!!!
