The vehicle report showed a small rear end accident and a small front end accident. When we test drove the vehicle on March 15th, there were a couple issues; smoke from the exhaust and some minor cosmetic damage. We were told while at the dealership the exhaust issue was a seal that needed to be replaced and they would do that at cost to them before we bought the vehicle. We put down a $1000 deposit as a placeholder for them to take it off the market and as a down payment. Two weeks later we came back to look at/buy the vehicle. The smoke issue seemed to be resolved, but there was an air bag light on. We were told the air bag light was a spring issue in the steering wheel and they had ordered the part and it would be there the following week. That would fix and install it at cost to them if we brought the vehicle back. We went ahead and purchased the vehicle but never heard back about the part for the air bag. We asked twice more about the air bag light over the past two months and kept being told Ill order the part. Since that day there have been three different engines in the vehicle with each engine having its own issues. The vehicle has spent a number of weeks sitting at Pouya waiting for parts or replacements or weve had to have it towed to Pouya because their mechanic didnt properly attach a hose. June 5 it finally was taken to ****** and looked at by a licensed dealership to address the air bag light. Pouya has refused to unwind the loan having been asked by us since the very beginning to do so, claiming nothing is wrong with the vehicle despite various problems we have brought it to them for to fix under our extended warranty. The dealership sold us a vehicle that was not only unsafe, but the vehicle itself could cause an accident. Without an airbag system that is functioning properly, missing many parts, missing a plethora of bolts, this vehicle could cause our family serious harm if not fatalities if an accident were to occur with us in it.
