    Be AWARE!! I purchased a 2007 **** F150 from Wilkins (8/6/23) for $17997 and as soon as I drove off the lot the truck started having issues going into reverse. I took one short trip out of town and decided to contact Wilkins to see if the sale could be reversed. I was told that the trade in had already been sold and reversing the sale was not possible. So, I asked if they could look at the truck to see what the issues was. After three phone calls and two face to face visits, I was told that they would try to get us in so they could figure out the issue. As the days and weeks passed by, I realized that I was not getting a call back for service, so I decided to park the truck, out of safety concerns. I found another truck and decided to take the F150 from Wilkins to Carmax and see if I could unload it and get our money back. We were shocked when we received an offer of $8000. We had only put on 150 miles since we purchased the truck, if that. I was presented with an Experian AutoCheck Report which showed that the truck was sold at auction and that the auctioneers reported SEVERE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE.This obviously has a huge impact on the value of the car and makes it impossible for us to recover what we paid. It is also a violation of ****** Administrative Rules 137-020-0020 for a dealer to fail to disclose material nonconformities or defects that the dealer has "negligently disregarded when the dealer or broker should have known, prior to sale or lease of a motor vehicle." I went back to Wilkins to the paperwork, and they said, because it was a clean title and that it did not show up on the CarFax report, that the only thing that they can do is buy it back at $12,500. That is a $5,497 loss. I am a senior citizen and an Army Veteran that is recovering from chemo. I just wanted a safe vehicle Instead, I am stuck with a damaged vehicle that I will not be able to sell for what I paid, due to the structural damage. I would like them to buy back the vehicle
