      In August 2021 I was told by CMASAS Executive team that I can use PEC+ package for tutoring. In March 2022 through the teacher providing the tutoring, I learned that she can no longer provide the service to my child because there is a problem. She did know what the problem was. When I reached out to the school via phone calls and emails, I was never told what the problem is. I left numerous messages and my calls never got returned. Yet, I am being charged for the tutoring what has been stopped. I am left in limbo, with no answers.

      Please see below for my initial response dated March 3, 2022.  We have been engaged with the customer to resolve their issue.  Due to her escalating the issue to a formal complaint, we are now required to following our Enrollment and Tuition Terms and enter arbitration.

      Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be settled by arbitration. The exclusive arbitration forum, and venue for any disputes, will be the *******************************, **** in ********, ******. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in the circuit court in the county in which the arbitration occurs, and the resolution of the disputed matter as determined by the arbitrator will be binding on the parties.

      Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the ***************, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

      Thanks for your patience while our team took the required time to research the issue in the midst of traveling for our annual planning meetings to ***** ****.


      From what we have gathered, everyone involved has made decisions in the best interest of Triton's education.  We all have Triton's best interest in mind while we also maintain our policies and integrity for all students.  With that said, it appears that exceptions were made for Triton, and then additional exceptions have occurred in a good faith attempt to help Triton.


      Our records show that Triton is on the Gold Plan with ***+, not CI+.  I am including details for both options as neither provides for tutoring as you have indicated below.


      ***+

      Students can enjoy up to daily contact (Monday-Friday) with their *** who act as a life coach for the student. As a life coach the *** helps to set goals; create a system of personal accountability for those goals (in a positive, caring atmosphere), and most of all keep communication between student, parent, course instructors, and the *** focused on student success.
      Includes:
      Phone or video chat for up to 20 minutes per day
      Guidance through active questioning regarding their daily progress, course scheduling, goal setting, and/or individual course and annual progress
      Regular communication with the parent regarding student progress


      CI+

      Students can enjoy ongoing, dedicated in-depth contact (Monday-Friday) for targeted instructional support with their course instructor.  This goes above and beyond our exceptional CI Support and is perfect for students who need additional support whether in the form of motivation through regularly scheduled meetings or need additional help with difficult subject matter or concepts. (Not valid for Platinum enrollments)
      Includes:
      Additional Instructional Support for all courses
      Live Phone, voice chat, or video chat as needed
      Regularly scheduled meetings up to twice a week or as needed.
      Regular communication with the parent regarding student progress


      Moving forward there are several options in providing support to Triton.


       Purchase tutoring for tutoring support.  We have recently discontinued the tutoring advantage Program as we start implementing changes for next school year.  April has agreed to continue tutoring if desired and ************************* can provide an invoice for any tutoring hours.
      Continue on ***+ with daily meetings for goal setting and strategies based on Seven Habits book.  The *** is the most effective person for this option, however, April has also agreed to assist if desired.
      Have the course Instructor provide additional Instructional support, not tutoring, for Triton.  Upon review of Triton's current standing in Language Arts, he is doing well and ahead of pacing, ***** is prepared to ensure a strong finish, which could resolve any need for additional 'tutoring".


      We want to work together in the best interest of Triton to provide a solution that works for everyone involved.  If you would like to personally discuss the options above or explore other possible options, please contact me directly.  I will be available Friday afternoon after 2 p.m. Pacific time due to our annual planning meetings.  I am also available Monday morning between 9-11:30 a.m. pacific time or anytime on Tuesday.
