I can't say enough good things about this business and it's wonderful owner. Their willing to help you in any way they possibly can and treat you like family. When a conventional loan wasnt possible the wonderful owner and staff at NW Private Lending worked their magic and made my mothers and my dreams come true and I can't thank them enough. My moms last days were so happy being able to be with her horse.. That's priceless! And I owe it all to them. They are the best in the business ! I would and do recommend them to anyone looking to make there dreams come true. I will never be able to thank them enough,************

I love reading your monthly update letters and feel so very grateful that we could have played any small part in the love and care you provided for your mom in her last days and the joy you now have in your life today. I refer to these guys as the magicians of private lending. Professional and capable, they've just recently taken over a loan we couldn't close with a conventional/conforming and funded in less than 72 hours. ********************* is a true gentleman, my client couldn't stop talking about how well he treated her during a very stressful transaction. We can not say enough good things about **** and his team. Processional, friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a different and what we thought a difficult siltation for an investment property and **** was able to make everything work out with ease. I had the pleasure of working with **** and his team on a few deals. Super professional from the beginning to the end of each transaction, they were a joy to work with. Everything was explained really clear from the get-go and nothing changed throughout the deal.
