*****************, won our class action lawsuit against Amazon. Amazon V ********** was the name of lawsuit. His firm issued and mailed me a settlement check from Amazon V ********** POB **** ********** ** 55317-**** Dated 5-3-2023 For $1372.82 With a 60 day expiration date.My check was lost in the mail, until I received it on 10-30-2023.At that point it was "expired".I immediately sent over a dozen emails, snail mails, and made phone calls, requesting a replacement check. Finally I got through to a woman named ****"Oh silly, you got to send us a fax"She said. So I did. On 12-5-23, ****** called me back and told me "Oh, your money, has been given to charity""I never approved of that" I said And "which charity?"Nobody including *****************, ******************** (project manager) (All 3 believed to be located in **)nor ****************** (Atty) could answer for this. These funds, my funds, were to be held in escrow, and are due to me. It is the fiduciary responsibility of ****************** and ********** Amazon to pay them to me, by reissuing me a check. Original Check # ****** Amzn 0001BOD181 Claim # *******

Class actions are governed by court order. The Court Order in this class action provided that any funds remaining *************************************************************** a local nonprofit dedicated to employee rights education and enforcement. That nonprofit is the ************************* Project. The complainant never asked me for that information; I would have given it to him had he done so. I did not issue or mail the settlement checks, and I cannot answer for the statements or actions of the third-party administrator appointed by the Court to administer the settlement. The complainant's allegations regarding escrow and fiduciary duty are inaccurate, and my office at all times complied with the Court Order governing this settlement.

More Information...You, ***************, argued our case, in a court of law, for the rights of Amazon Employees, including myself.  And we won.
Do you, personally, feel the spirit of justice has been served, with my restitution, my check for $1372.82, lost in the mail, being stripped away from me, and "given to charity", while you, personally, are rewarded with ten of thousands of dollars, as a legal profitteer?
Don't answer this immediately, and think about this carefully.  And please cut me a replacement check.  Because my next course of action will be to file a formal complaint with the Oregon State Bar Association.
      Sincerely,
      *******************

I am rejecting this response because: *********** is attempting to shift responsibility of the delivery my restitution funds to a third party.  He should take responsibility, and cut me a check, which is not expired.

      Sincerely,

      *******************
