Took my dog to animal care group *********** oct 4 2022. She was misdiagnosed and given improper medication due to pre existing liver issue which the vet acknowledged during the visit and I also shared she had been hospitalized earlier in 2022 for this issue( they had all ******************* records ) Diagnosis tests that were done that day took 6 days to give call back from vet and have left a vm which I still have stating the liver was an issue and she would be calling back 5 days latter to discuss. My dog in the mean time began having explosive ****** diarrhea and vomiting and I took her back there 2 times and the week of Oct 11 and left her all day to rehydrate and stabilize. The last day I got her she was still having diarrhea and I was upset and shared with front desk person. The next morning some random lady named ***** emailed me and told me I was not allowed to contact them anymore and they would no longer treat my dog even tho she wasnt better due to their negligence. Right now I am asking for a refund of all money spend for the visits on Oct 4, 12&13.
