I purchased a dialysis coat for my mom on March 3, 2022. I got a receipt showing paid and the amount. Today is March 22, 2022 and I have yet to receive a shipping email or anything. I have called and emailed the company numerous times but no one has returned my calls or emails. I want to know whats going on!Initial Complaint

I placed an order (****) on 2/ 18/22. I contacted Hemowear on 2/24/22 through their webpage, called their number, ************ twice on 2/24/22; once on 2/28/22. I no longer need the dialysis clothing. but received no response from them. On 3/15/22 they emailed a shipping confirmation for merchandise I do not need or want!!!Business response

We are a small company of 7 and now even small. Since she is not happy with the product she can return it to Hemowear, ************************************************; Once we have received the return we will then issues a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: I want Hemowear, LLC to reimburse me for the return shipping of a package that I cancelled long before it shipped.
