p2c LLC hotels (ashley inn Lincoln City ******) i have been employed since june 8 2023 and i am being deducted health coverage when not needed i get ohp for myself and my 2 children they showed me a paper stating im mandated to carry private insurance yet i have ohp and never been a problem im the sole guardian although private insurance is being deducted for me and my daughter but says my son doesnt qualify im somewhat aggravated,.. so for one child alone about ****** and myself ******.. since 8/1/23 even tho i signed a paper stating i dont want insurance and i have documents showing that im supposed to complete enrollment which if not completed why am i being deducted and now im being terminated being 45min late and this issue if someone could reach out asap id apprecite itBusiness response

In regard to your insurance deduction, the *************** Child Support Program: ************** mandated your daughter be enrolled in Insurance. Notice from the State and **, the employer, was given August 2023, and the coverage started September 1, 2023. We, the employer, were not contacted by you or given knowledge of any other health benefit offerings until mid-December. Please know that had we been notified; we would have done our due diligence by removing the deductions of the employer mandated health coverage.
In regard to your termination, poor work performance was key in determining your employment outcome with Ashley Inn & Suites. As you were made aware through warnings and write-*** (attached), you were given numerous opportunities for improvement that unfortunately we did not see.

I made reservations for New Year's Eve December 31st, 2022. At the time of the reservations being made I was told that there would be a full bar breakfast. As there advertising that they had a pool that was accommodating to all their guests. When we got up the next day to have coffee there was no water. I went to the front desk and as I was walking down the hallway I noticed that there was flyers all throughout the hotel doors in the hallway. He had informed all their people that they had no water and that a water line had burst. I did however go in and attempt to get coffee and some breakfast. However they had no water to make coffee. I then proceeded to get a few of the things that they had offered such as a banana, a muffin, and I was going to get some yogurt from ************** but it looked so unappealing with the lack of condiments that I decided not to do that. I also was wanting to have some juice but unfortunately they had no juice available either. At that time they had offered me a hot breakfast and so I went down and woke up my kids and we were proceeding to go and have a hot breakfast and at that time they told us that it was unavailable. I was okay with all of that up until I was unable to provide a shower or use their toilets in order to provide cleanliness and hygiene to my children and myself. We ended up going over to the ********* next door and getting coffee which we had to pay for out of our own expense and ask them if we could use their bathroom. We ended up having to leave earlier than expected and as I was departing and checking out the front desk manager had confirmed that all the money would be refunded to my card as a gesture of their apologies for the inconvenience. As of January 7th, when I called to confirm and spoke to the manager *****, he had said that corporate told him that he was not allowed to suggest in any way that there would be any refunds to anyone. I paid over 300 dollars for the suite and I would like my refund please.Business response

I would like to personally apologize for this experience you had with us here at The Ashley Inn and Suites. This is Not how we want things to be taken care of. I made some mistakes during this incident and hope you can understand I did the best I could given the circumstances. I shouldnt have named dropped Corporate, it was my fault. I have processed the FULL refund. (Please see Photo Attached). You should see the Refund Appear in your account within 3-5 Business days.
We hope we get the opportunity of having you stay with us in the future.
