Regarding a 2023 Southland 7'x14' 14K, $9,305.25 Many contacts made by phone starting on Thursday 09-01-2022.Made all the necessary arrangements to purchase a dump trailer. Wednesday; 09-07-2022. 4:17 pm I received the requested Purchase Agreement by e-mail from ******************* at TrailerStationUSA.PO #P1078533 Thursday; 09-08-2022; 1:15 pm *************) I spoke with *****, after much hesitation he located the dump trailer with the matching *** and agreed to put a "sold" sign on the trailer. I asked if they close for lunch and was told they don't. I said we would be there to pick up the dump trailer around 12:00-1:00 the next day (Friday). Friday; 09-09-2022; 1:00 pm we arrived to pick up the dump trailer only to learn from **** that the dump trailer matching the *** I was given (same *** that was on all paperwork to include my bank loan) was sold yesterday. It was gone. We left and returned home with no dump trailer. I requested reimbursement for my cost involved. **** said he would not do that because they only make $214 on the trailers. Cost to me includes; Driving to Madras from Wallowa is 576 miles round trip. Our pickup gets 15 mpg at best, approximately 38 gallons of gas @ $4.759 to $5.499/gallon (averages $5.120/gallon). Cost of gas is $200. Wear and tear on pickup $?????Cost for both of us missing a day of work; $400+Away from home 14 hrs each. 2x breakfast $13 each and 2x dinner $26 each for a total of $78,00. Interest on the loan from the time the bank check was issued to when I returned the check was $5.29. Total cost to me $683.29++, I would like to be reimbursed for my cost. I feel its owed to me. Endless amount of time was spent by many in order to make the purchase of this dump trailer happen. A lot of wasted time. I purchased a new trailer from this business 10/31/20 and paid for Title/Registration/Plates and have yet to receive either. Multiple calls to this business and conversations with a ***** have resulted in still not receiving the items I purchased, even after providing him the information he requested. I receive no calls back and have to instigate the contact myself and each time there is no resolution and I am be strung along. Oregon DMV has no record of the trailer I purchased so clearly the process was not followed by law. I have been stopped by Oregon ************ twice for no plates on this trailer and am frustrated at being inconvenienced. Thankfully they have yet to cite me, but the last trooper stated he would if I do not get this resolved. I have no other recourse with this and beg for any help you could provide. I purchased a trailer from central Oregon trailers 7/27/21. I did not receive a title because I was told they do not issue them to people who are registering out of state. Additionally I was told they would mail me a certificate of origin within 30 days. It has now been 4 months and I have no way way to get a title or register in my state.
