Purchased a 600 Series 5/8" Polyurethane Garden Hose on 03/18/2019. Warranty: "Our legal folks tell us 5 years and that is what we print. But because we own the company (insert smiley face here), if you ever have an issue with any of our hoses just call us. Or email us. We seriously doubt you ever will but if you do we will take care of you. We stand behind our products 100% and support our customers even further." Within a couple years in it would start to kink pretty badly and only got worse. Contacted Water Right, *** about it 02/22/2023. They requested a photo. I sent a photo on 02/28/2023. I was instructed to attempt rolling it out, letting ******** in the sun, etc. I followed the recommendations several times and it did not resolve the issue. After contacting them again about it on May 5, 2023, I was just given the same recommendation with additional details in June. I stated I had already done as instructed and that the issue was unresolved in another email on June 7, 2023 and I have not heard back from them since.Business response

Good morning. I reached out to the company with the contact information provided in the last BBB message relayed to me. I heard back from *********************, giving me options for resolution. I responded with my preferred option and have not since heard back from him since.Business response

Good Morning - Unfortunately we are out of the Gun Metal color that ***** currently has and so I have reached out offering to send her a new hose but in a different color. As soon as we hear back my staff will get her replacement hose sent out. Thank you.Customer response
