      Ordered meds from this place lost in mail yet they told me they won't cancel or refund buyer beware!!!!

      Customer placed this order on 3/30/24 and it was shipped out on 4/1/24.  She emailed us on 4/11 asking for an update on the order.  I pulled the tracking in **** and see that there is a delay with the post office.   She stated she wanted to cancel this order.  I let her know that I could not cancel the order as we already shipped the order out.  I let her know that we do see this often with the post office and I would continue to monitor the tracking over the next few days to see if there are any other updated from the post office.  And if there wasn't any more updates within a few day I would place a claim with the post office and get a refunded processed.   But I guess she did not like that response.   I have attached the email communication I have had with her over the past couple days.  If I don't see any movement with the package by Monday 4/15 we will be considering this package lost with the post office and will get a refunded processed back to her.

      CLEARLY THEY THINK THEY CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND LOST PRODUCT !SHE IS 100 PERCENT LYING

      IT SHOULD OF BEEN Refunded ON THE *** SHE KNEW IT WAS LOST!NOT MAIL Another AFTER I TOLD HER I DONT NEED IT ANYMORE I ALREADY BOUGHT FROM A REPUTABLE SOURCE. Clearly THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

      Again I HAVE PROOF THAT THEY ARE LYING **** TOLD US  THERE IS NOTHING COMING FROM THEM TO ME CHECKED.In screenshot you can see they lied about sending another bottle.I have called my lawyer and we are filing against them.

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced by ***** regarding her recent order. We shipped her order promptly on April 1st, and according to the tracking information, it appears to have encountered an issue in ***********, ** on April 6th, with no further updates since then.
      As per our company policy, we allow some time to pass to see if delayed orders are delivered before considering replacements or refunds. Throughout this process, we maintained communication with *****, who expressed a preference for a refund. We assured her that we would monitor the tracking and, if the package did not show as delivered by April 15th, we would issue a refund accordingly.
      On April 15th, upon checking the tracking and finding no further updates, we promptly processed a refund and notified ***** via email (please see attached documentation). We regret any misunderstanding or frustration this situation may have caused.
      ***** has been a valued customer since 2021, having placed over 20 orders with us without any prior issues. It's unfortunate that this isolated incident with the postal service has led her to feel otherwise. We genuinely appreciate her continued support and regret any inconvenience she has experienced.
      Please let us know if there are any further actions we can take to address this matter or if you require any additional information.

      The date of the transaction was June 7th, 2021. The amount that I directly paid the company is $1,420 with overnight shipping(which did not come until 5 days late of that 2 day promise) They sell a variety of "hemp" products that have chemically and biological ways of getting certain substances,. They have produced many other substances, including Delta 8(illegal in a total of 14 states. TO be completely true this is another illegal Research Chemical to get around the #1 drug class that is federally illegal.REFUND OF MY PURCHASES OF LAST YEAR!I ended up getting a DWI because they tested for Marijuana, then the blood and urine test confirmed there were multiple substances from this company. CBD, Delta 8, Delta 9, HHO, THO. All of which are chemically changed to try to get around a black area on the legal market.NOW, BACK TO THE ISSUE AT HAND:1) I did in fact smoke Delta 8 hemp hours before, which in terms of a blood test that would absolutely show the Delta 8, Delta 9, CBD, CBDA, CBG percentages that were in the blood. This is a friendly but ***** reminder I would like my money back on all my purchases from you. I spent a lot of money now on this sisutation and want a refund on my purchases made from you this last year. According to the lab results the jar of moonrocks had over 5%(not .5%, it was 5.1% THC9, 18% THC8 and also 15% CBD The Delta 8 moon rocks were way above the USA limit(.0.3%) I am very upset over the situation this company that claims it is Delta8 but insteast just sprays liquid concentrates onto their hemp to sell it this way Depending on CBD, CBDA, CBG, Delta 9, Delta 8 on this occasion. I hope you find some sort of this helpful for your current operations. I will be further inspect all options, the **** BBB, and also include your "test results" processor as they seem to be pampering your numbers on your flower and I suspect this Delta 8 to be a different chemically changed substance to avoid any current laws on research chemicals.
