Bought a mattress $819 that was delivered defective. They measured and agreed to replace the mattress after weeks of back and fourth. Finally sent me a cheaper foam replacement that is not comfortable. I have since gone to another mattress company and bought a new mattress. Im 89 and feel very frustrated.Business response

We are sorry she had a bad experience. We did offer a full, comfort exchange for the mattress. Due to COVID-19, there was a 6-8 week replacement delay from the factory. She did not want to wait, so we offered any mattress in-stock in the same price range. Due to the pandemic, she was unwilling to visit our showroom. We made a special exception and brought an equivalent mattress to her residence. This is not our policy but we sincerely wanted to help. She was not satisfied with the replacement. Again we offered to have a private appointment in our showroom, with full COVID-19 safety protocols in place, to try any in-stock mattress. Again she refused. Sadly, the pandemic has been challenging for all of us. We did everything within our power to help. Once again, we are sorry she had a bad experience due to issues out of our control.
