Purchased a **** C240 Mercedes Benz. The morning after I was driving to the dealership to turn in a key fob for the car I traded in. Noticed steering wheel was loose and could not lock it in place, very loose now. Mentioned it to salesman when I arrived at dealer. He said it was " a safety issue. Service manager also said "it's a safety issue and should never have gone on the lot for sale". He said since I'm living in CA that maybe they could get it repaired at a dealer I CA. The mechanic in Medford did look at it and said the problem was a piece inside was missing. The mechanic was soon leaving work for the day but got the steering wheel in place as a temporary solution but should be repaired. Mercedes Benz of Medford seems to be avoiding the issue and not returning my phone calls. The salesman told me "everything works" on the car. Motor for washer fluid doesn't work either as another smaller issue that wasn't communicated to me. I can't drive 6 hours back up to ****** so the idea to have a dealer in CA repair it sounds like the solution however ai don't feel I should have to pay for it.

I took my Sprinter Van into Mercedes Benz of Medford on June 28th of 2023 for a "B" service. After driving for awhile afterwards a friend of mine felt there was something going on with my engine and discovered that a part had been left off of my engine, connecting the radiator to the engine. Here is the review I wrote:"I took my Sprinter to Mercedes Benz of Medford to get a B service and they forgot to put a part back connecting the radiator to the engine in the middle of the summer. Thankfully, I had a friend who noticed before my engine was ruined by their negligence or extreme cruelty and rudeness. I can only assume they have a personal vendetta against me, which is not very professional behavior. They succeeded in their wish to lose me as their customer forever. I wonder if they really did anything else they said they did and wonder if they did it right. I do not want them to touch my vehicle again as I do not trust them at all. This is very disappointing for a Mercedes Benz dealership where I would expect top notch performance no matter what the service and especially the price. I had to call three times about the part and when I went to get it put on just got a mumbled apology.Needless to say I will never take my Sprinter to Mercedes Benz of Medford again and would I recommend this place to anyone else? Absolutely not."I have not posted this review which is probably one of the reasons why this situation is still bothering me. I think I felt embarrassed about this situation and wasn't able to post this review, but maybe I just should. Perhaps I'm looking for some validation around that.I have the receipt from my service and can upload that.

Mercedes has neglected to fix my car issues that they stated they would I had reported to them that my blinkers and dash board and check engine was showing on my car so I had my car towed 3 hours to the shop even on my tow paperwork it shows the problems I reported I needed to be fixed, and the same day I paid the first time to get my car out the shop; that same day with in 15 mins of leaving their shop my car problems that I took in to be fix started to come back which means their company even failed to give my car test drive before sending me back on the road , so I called the same day and let them know that my car issue has not been fixed, and everything that I reported that I wanted to get fixed was not done I spoke with the manager ****, so he requests I bring my car back an drive 8 hours and he will get that issue fixed since they did not the first time So for the second time, I went back to their shop to get my car, and while at the shop Mercedes was not allowing me to see my car or get in my car before payment. I guess Mercedes doesnt allow you to check your car out until paid, But they assured that my car has been fixed and the issue with the front dash and the turning signal had been corrected. But after paying my hard-earned money for the second time to Mercedes of Medford they finally bring my car to the front from there locked gated area, so Appx **** mins after I pull off from the Mercedes-Benz of Medford service shop ;after they assured me that they fixed the issue for the second time. My car blinkers started to malfunction as well as the check engine light and every other light on my dashboard started to flash on and off and my brake started to engage while driving causing me to crash which I have video and proof for. Mercedes neglected to put me safely on the road lawfully you have to abide by the "duty of care" of a customer which ********************** did not. I could have killed others and killed myself, but thank God I ran into a curb due to my brakes engaging while driving. I will be sending pictures and videos with the dates of my dashboard from when I first left the shop until now. I also will be providing text messaging proof that was sent between me and Mercedes. All I am requesting is a full refund For both times that I went to the Mercedes Benz of Medford shop for the amounts of ******* and ******* or I will be taking the Mercedes-Benz Company to court for over ****** Due to Mercedes neglecting the duty of care for a customer, and mental anguish and injuries, etc. They did not put me safely on the road causing me to damage my vehicle as well as causing leg and back pain Due to having to crash my vehicle because the brake started to engage while driving. This information will also be used as proof in court that I did try to receive a full refund before pursuing the lawsuit against the Mercedes-Benz company. and parts inside my car had been broken by the mercedes benz technican as well. so please im requesting a full refund of *******

My vehicle started to overheat while I was relocating to *****. I had to tow it to Medford as it was the closest dealership who could honor my service warranties. There was another shop in *******, ** that a very knowledgeable man whose worked on MB for 35+ years who I contacted first, he explained to me it was a thermostat issue. After relaying this important information to *************** in service of Medford, he brushed it off as if I was incompetent. He conducted an inspection, and he concluded the issue was a small crack on the top of my coolant reservoir. I pressed him to inspect it again as I was very doubtful of this. He claimed to have done a deeper inspection and still found nothing other than the cap. I know the thermostat is a 5 hour job. He called me back immediately, not warranting enough time to have honestly checked I will mention. The reservoir cap is not covered by my warranties so I paid them for the job. Now, my car will be crossing the country, my intuition told me to ask them to test drive my car further than they claimed to, as the mileage is traceable. Well finally, after the car over heated on him, *** admits the issue is the thermostat like I originally stated to him. He then tried to charge me for another repair, that was directly a result of a faulty thermostat that was just replaced in 2020-2021 whilst still under warranty. *** adamantly states he cannot submit a warranty service request on an expired warranty however he does not have the authority or position to determine such facts. *** is unknowledgeable, unaccountable and has no integrity. I already paid for the secondary issue that wouldve been covered by my warranties had he actually done his job and identified the replaced thermostat as the primary cause of overheating. I should not be paying for any of these repairs! The issue is a faulty piece of equipment they installed less than 20 months ago! They are pitifully fighting me on such plain and simple fact. It was a bad thermostat

Hey Im sending this letter as proof that I did reach out to you all in regards to my refund I came there in October I paid $******* and you all told me that my car was totally fine and that you all corrected all the issues reported. So I left the dealership after paying you all the money, and as soon as I leave my check engine light directly turns on, and my turning signals started to malfunction instantly after leaving Mercedes after they Assured me multiple times over the phone that you all corrected all the issues I reported to you all issue I will be OK because And I shouldnt have any more issues especially after paying over $thousands to the shop I shouldnt leave with any issues! So I called you guys the following business day after leaving the Mercedes of Medford, after noticing the issues, and let them know That the check engine light was still on and that all the signal on the dashboard was flashing off and on and causing the break to engage while driving, So at that time Mercedes told me to bring my car back to the shop and they will put a $200 Credit on my account, so I drove nine hours back to Medford dealership only because I had a $200 credit on file which that after dropping off my car they didnt want to give me the $200 credit, that they promised, I had to debate with them to keep their word And for them to stop trying to scam me!!! So I dropped my car off for the second time, and 2 weeks later they call me and informed me my car is ready for pick up and that they had fixed the issues, I also have the emails for proof, so I go pick up my car as soon as I leave the dealership which is around 6:05 pm after their closing hours because I had to drive five hours just to get back to the dealership in the first place, So then I leave the dealership after paying them another $1031.59 that time, and as soon as I leave Mercedes Benz of Medford dealership the check engine light popped directly on for the 2nd time, And all the signals on my dashboard would begin to flash on and off again which they said they corrected and which they would have known the error wasn't corrected if they would of a least took my car for a test drive, to be honest, I'm not sure if any work was done on my vehicle in the first place. My car had the same amount of gas in it from when I dropped it off ; which is weird because if they would even just left they running or taken it for a test drive my car would took some gas so if they would have even started the vehicle and ran the engine for a mile or so they would have seen that they did not fix the issue. The break even started to engage while driving;I literally closed my eyes to die on the road because Mercedes sent me on the road with a non-safe car after assuring me it was safe to drive ,so I sent Mercedes pictures and text messages directly after leaving their shop letting them know what happened and when I called Monday morning I expressed to the manager named **** and I let him know that if I dont get a refund for the work that they didnt do; I would contact my lawyer and after I mentioned that, **** stop all communications with me and they havent processed my refund yet I am looking for a full refund for the amount Oh both times I brought my car into the shop ******* , and the other amount of $1031.59 Please process my refund as soon as possible I will be taking legal action against Mercedes of Medford and the Mercedes **** You all put my life in danger and have scammed me out of thousands you all have caused my life so more issues than needed at this point I have been having to miss work due to not having a good car ect, I'm out of thousands of dollars I could use for bills, food etc and for them to scam twice and trying to scam me a 3rd time is really bad shady business practices. I've spent over 20k with Mercedes in the last 4 years, and never once asked for a refund until now, so I have been a very loyal customer, but this time dealing with ********************** of ******************** has been trying to take advantage and they did but I will fight back, And also forgot to mention I got my car back in worse condition then leaving it , it seems like you all got in my car and just messed up more functions on the car, things like my passanager car seat is not working not and it always have before ,so Please process the refund soon or I will be filing court Paperwork within the next few weeks. Please send my refunds as soon as possible
