I received a new box of Earthbreeze, but I canceled reoccurring shipments. I want to return and get a refund. I am trying to cancel online and it is not going through. They need to send a paid return option, or simply refund my money. Im asking for help because their website appears to be a scam. It has been processing my cancelation for an hour with no results.Business response

Hi, Ive been an Earth Breeze subscriber for years and the last two shipments Ive had real issues with. Two months ago my order was delayed and eventually arrived. This past month my order shipped on 4/10 and hasnt arrived. I emailed on 4/17 letting earth breeze know and they asked I wait two more days. Ive emailed them 4 times since then with no response. I would just like my product or a refund at this point. They say they send their product with insurance, but they certainly dont back that up when they have issues. Ill be cancelling my subscription.Business response

I subscribed to the EarthBreeze dry laundry soap sheet product over a year ago. I like it especially for traveling but I have too much and have tried to cancel my subscription. If they had a "suspend" option I would have considered that but now just want to cancel. I responded to emails but keep getting told they don't have my account. There is no direct link to manage my account as they suggest. I keep getting rerouted.Business response

However, I was unable to find your previous email correspondence and am concerned that you might have an account under a different email address. I purchased earth breeze laundry detergent and signed up for auto shipments, My husband has developed a negative reaction to the product and I need to cancel the subscription but have not been able to contact the company. I was told originally that I could cancel at any time. The product was ordered some time last year. I do not have the exact date, but have received several refills. The latest charge of $12.84 was Jan 2, 2024.Business response

Earth Breeze is posting advertisements indicating a blanket untruth about animal shelters in ***************** to profit from slander. The information is outdated by nearly 54 years and this practice is inflammatory and can destroy non-profits and shelters in the public eye destroying image and efficacy for these public service agencies devoted to animal welfare. In their social media advertisement they indicate that animal shelters (due to a lack of income) are selling animals to laboratory scientists for research and encouraging the public to utilize their product to benefit companion animals. Any business that is utilizing this sort of defamatory marketing likely has other problems beneath the surface. Their accounts should likely be reviewed to determine if any of their proceeds do actually reach animals in need or if that to is another falsehood. This is injurious to non-profits that are committed to care and advocacy.Business response

In September 2023 I ordered from Earth Breeze. Nowhere on the website could I find what currency the transaction was in. Since I had said I was from ******, I figured it was CAD.Once the transaction was pending, I was shocked to see it wasn't CAD. So, I cancelled the order. They took long enough to cancel that the transaction went from pending to posted, and then when they refunded, it did it again. I got dinged with "foreign transaction fees". then, despite me cancelling, they shipped the product. It was accepted by a household member who didn't realize to refuse it (as I wasn't expecting it anymore). That cost me $29 in customs fees.After talking with their customer service, I was advised it was USD. When I went to the website, there was a very small, grey box that said "USD" by the total. on a phone, it's very hard to see because you have to expand the total.Household member put the box in the laundry room, because it said "laundry detergent" on it. When I finally saw the box, I realized that Earth Breeze had misled me and actually lied to me. The box didn't come from ******. It came from ******. Which means that the currency was NOT USD, but GBP.I want my money back, because this is clearly unethical.Business response

We ship all of our non-US orders from our ** ****************** and customers orders are processed and often on the way within hours.
I can confirm that your full payment was refunded by our Customer Delight team on September 28 and your subscriptions have been canceled. I am another customer that only wanted to try their product and didnt want a monthly subscription. I fell for the impression that you would be able to do that cancel at anytime. However I found it impossible to cancel being rerouted to the same several pages numerous times.Business response

Tried to order ONE package of washer sheets. Used PayPal. The menu atomaticall signed me up for autopay. I only wanted to TRY this before making a future commitment. I can not find where I can cancel all of this. I no longer want this product. It is a scam.Business response
