My credit card was automatically charged for $144.00 on 2/9/25. I wanted to change my subscription and tried to log in to my account on their website but was not successful because it said it didn't recognize my email. I attempted many times to email the 24/7 customer service over a 2 day period and never received a response. I tried to call the number but you cannot reach an actual person. I like the product but after this experience I want my account cancelled and my billing information removed.Customer response

I can not use your laundry sheets to wash my clothes. I have washed my clothes a few times but your soap makes me break out in a severe rash. Please, please cancel my order I can not use your product. I just received another shipment of your product today. I dont want it what can I do to return it. Bought these assuming that if not satisfied I could return and receive a refund. I only received a refund for 1 pack $12.81 and my total O#***** was for $153.72 for 12 packs.Business response

I reviewed your email sent Dec 17, and see that 10 mins after receiving your email a full refund was processed from our end for $153.72 and our team sent you a reply. You should have received a separate refund notification email in your inbox as well, but if you did not, please check your spam folder. It will take approximately 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

I have been trying to get a phone number to cancel their repeat delivery and charges for months and to date I can not find any way to get a human to help me. I cant even login since I never had an actual customer account. How can I get this company to stop sending more and charging me $12.95 every other month?Business response

I have received a package of laundry strips from earth breeze and I did not order them. I believe they have set me up in a subscription plan without my permission. I have closed the credit card account they charged . I want to be unsubscribed. I do not like nor want their product.Business response

We have two different offers at Earth Breeze; one is a membership or auto-renew offer for 40% off our regular price, and the other is a one-time purchase. While reviewing your complaint, I see that you signed up for our Subscribe and Save option in error. With our subscribe and save option we do our best to ensure that you receive an email reminder 30 days prior to your auto-renew date and again 5 days before. We also hold your order for 48 hours before shipping our annual subscription to give you time to respond to the order confirmation email if you wish to cancel. You may not have received these emails and were unaware of the upcoming order.
I apologize for the inconvenience of this ****. We really do value your customer experience, and apologize for the misunderstanding. Please let me know if theres anything further I can do for a positive resolution. I have processed a full refund for you today, and also canceled your membership so you no longer receive orders.

Ordered laundry sheets from Earth Breeze. I now want to ****** my subscription. Have tried on multiple occasions to do this through the Earth Breeze web site. I attempt t log in to my account. They say the will email me a log in code, but never do so, and keep billing my credit card and sending me laundry sheets that i do not want! I want them to cancel my subscription!Business response

When I had the quarterly delivery for this month I ask that you discontinue it til Dec. 2024. I had ordered the one year pack when it was advertized. I got the quarterly delivery anyway. Package was meant to deliver within 7 days of shipment. 9 days and several emails to customer service later there is no package and no response. I was surprised to see how many complaints online say similar issues. Their marketing seems great but this business seems like a scam.Business response
