DO NOT fall for their sales pitch. I had a All Natural sales person come to my home to pitch their service to me in regards to the problem I was having with rats at that time. I ended up purchasing a plan rodents only for $3,215. I believe it was for a six month service. The service *****. I have only seen them a few times wherein I was having problems and I HAD to call them to book a service to help solve the problem. I was already getting other service from a local company for spiders, ants, bugs, etc. and was not aware they did rodents so I hired All Natural to take care of the rat problem. I told the previous service provider and was informed they also did rats. Since I rarely saw a person from ALL Natural here doing anything I just stopped calling them and I think I should get a refund from ALL Natural since the other company is doing their job!

So far it seems I let bad reviews influence me. I have had a number of unsatisfactory experiences with pest control companies, landscapers, contractors, handymen etc. Desperate after fleeing my bedroom because of gnawing and thumping I dialed a random number I found by googling. Then a friend sent the link to a few negative comments on All Natural. ***** and ****** then became suspicious and defensive. After having both employees **** and **** come and address issues of my concern while working for solutions of our common goals I am relieved to find I have no complaints and am hopeful for a future with help whenever needed.

This company is a scam, and their salesmen who come to your door to "evaluate and estimate" your property are liars! We have not received the services that we were promised and paid for! Giving them our money was a huge mistake and they have been the worst headache of a company to do any business with. Once they got our money, they have been flaking on us and constantly missing and cancelling appointments every single time.

I do not understand how this company is running and getting away with scams and NOT STOPPED in their tracks ( possibly because they are caucasion owners) *** is his name. I am a business person however, has. They are going by emotions and scamming you on this! My story is, on April ********************************************** the house walls it turned out to be rats. So I called this business worst mistake I have done in my life time. So when I was charged 3K for this service here I am thinking they would provide lots of services however, this is what they did. 1) paneled the crawl space under the home which probably costs the most ***** to do. Made sure all the vents were sealed which they were 2) They said not sure if true or not, they sprayed under the house. 3) They put up bait stations under the home and attic roof area which costs at the most ***** if even that. When they were out it was very obvious that the rats got in through the garage as I had read on ****** that they can compress their bodies. Sure enough this was the case. I proceeded to ask if they could seal the garage areas where they were crawling in? They said, NO big fat NO. I thought to myself okay I spend aprox ****** doing this. I bought with an honest garage door local company a seal made out bristles under the garage door, a neighbor put putty and sealed the dividing line/middle groove of the garage cement floor which was an openening. I did all this because they said they could not. The service I paid for 3K has been the worst service I have ever had besides me having to do most of the cause of the rats getting in leg work. Bare in mind this is in the middle of the covid pandemic they could not get workers to come out and do the monthly inspections so they send kids who ever they can find to do the job probably paying them minimum and I get the short end of the stick in terms of lack of quality workmanship. They keep forgetting to bring a ladder so unprofessional. This is a big scam.

We contacted All Natural Pest Control to handle a rat problem at our home. After the inspector guaranteed they could take care of the issue, we borrowed money to pay the ridiculously high fee and signed a year contract. Now the contract is over and we still have the rat problem. We recently contacted the company when we realized a rat had gotten under our "totally rat proofed" crawl space , into an air vent and died. They sent out a technician who advised us for aprox $2,000 they could secure under house around foundation with wire to keep rats out. This should have been done when we were under contract. They said when we signed up they would do "whatever needed to be done" to keep rats out. They knew rats were digging in because they pointed out a few areas on outside that they were concerned about and filled in with concrete. Now they want to charge us to do it from the inside when they already knew it was an issue?! They also said they could get the dead rat out of the duct for a fee!!! If they had done the work they were supposed to while we were under contract there would not be any dead rat to get out of duct. I really believed in this company and had very high expectations that they would do as they promised and stand behind there work. I am so disappointed.
