I was very happy with the work **** did to resurface our pool patio. The job was on time and the results look great. It looks like a new patio without the time and cost of demolition.

We had several concrete surfaces that were showing significant wear/tear/aging on a 21 year old house. I had a patio that had a coating that was done by Northwest Concrete resurfacing over 12 years earlier and it still looked great, so I contacted **** and his team to resurface the driveway and front walk. They were easy to work with and gave me a heads up on the installation schedule over a month ahead including small changes due to weather impacts for them. The work was done as described and the end product looks great! Very neat and detail focused! I would strongly recommend this business. The coating isn't cheap but I felt it was appropriate for a business which is fairly seasonal (can't install this stuff in the winter in the rain). From the moment **** arrived to provide an estimate, we knew we were in ****************** as he thoroughly explained the process of refinishing our garage floor. His estimate was reasonable for the work to be performed. They arrived as scheduled, even in the wake of our surprise snow storm! The results were beautiful, as they transformed a 50-year-old stained and cracked garage floor to an attractive flake epoxy floor. I will also add that working with ******* in the office was a joy as she patiently answered my questions relating to the contract. NW Creative Resurfacing did a first rate job repairing and resurfacing our cracked and uneven concrete floor. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction and It looks fantastic.
