I stayed at this hotel many of times but not until my life turned upside down. The hotel manager whom is accepted many gifts from me all the sudden decided that she wasn't going to rent to me anymore unbeknownst to me why. I then asked her a while. She said she sees it on camera she refused to show it to me because the truth is I've never let a homeless person in my room. She's then decided she can't rent to my boyfriend because he lets me in his room it says I'm not allowed on the property which is another untrue statement. She obviously has mistaken me for somebody else regardless homeless people live there and that's why they're not homeless because they're living at the hotel. As a matter of fact she would be homeless if she lost her job at the hotel. They rent hotel rooms for the homeless all the time she left a homeless person in her room every single day. She's just chosen for whatever reason she has up her sleeve to not rent to me for no reason and now my boyfriend too. The owners are unreachable and they need to be aware of all the nights that are going on rented in those rooms because of her and her unprofessionalism I've read other reviews on the website or complain and they all are very valid I'm sure. It's time for another hotel in Malala or at least another set of managers. The hotel is very dirty anyways they do a horrible job cleaning it they rent out a kitchenette with one burner out of four working the fridge doesn't close because it's so frosted up you get a little tiny bathroom garbage can in the kitchen but none in the bathroom and the remote doesn't work but when you call her and ask her for help with something like the remote she gets irritated.Initial Complaint

Their website and all the listing sites say they are "pet friendly." We arrived for a family wedding on July 25, 2022, with a 3-month-old kitten who was too young to stay home alone, and the manager, ******, said they only take dogs. (Great Danes are probably fine, but not one small kitten, SMH.) She wouldn't let us stay the one night we had booked and we were left scrambling to find other accommodations at the last minute.After we got home and checked our bank account, we discovered that she had charged our debit card $75, even though she didn't let us stay. I immediately called and asked for a refund, and ****** then gave us a run-around that only the owner could refund us. What kind of manager can't give a refund, anyway?After a week of fruitless calls, I then disputed the charge through my bank. It has been a couple of months, and they are giving push-back to my bank, claiming that it is a valid charge. It's not a valid charge! It's fraud to charge us when they didn't let us stay! I have called the ******* Chamber of Commerce to lodge a complaint, I have called the ******* City ********************** to lodge a complaint, and I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau to also lodge a complaint! They will be in everyone's Stink Book if I have anything to say about it!
