      This family business rip people off , Im semi truck owner and my truck broke down around that area then went to their shop to find out the issue and fix it on 12/4/23 they hooked up into the computer but the issue didnt go away , and asked me an invoice of the test and the computer hookup for the day they gave me an invoice of about $329 nothing was fixed not even declared the problem then they told me they will look at it the next day but they couldnt time for me the third day I decided to tow my truck to freightliner dealer and wanted to pay them the invoice they gave me which was $329 before I leave them even thou they didnt do anything for me not even able to tell me the problem still wanted to pay them since they gave me an invoice but they didnt want me to leave them and got mad cuz they were expecting to charge more money to fix it so they created a new invoice with higher amount of $499 after argument they blocked my truck which parked outside on the street with their utility vehicles then I called the cops on them when the police showed up they didnt help me even I showed them the invoice Im willing to pay but the cops told me I have to pay and take it to the court I felt helpless and felt my money was taken for no reason , ** writing this complaint to help me out or at least do investigation of the situation or be aware of these guys , tax payers dont deserve something like this , we work hard on the road day and night , the state shouldnt allow business like this to have business so please look into the situation and take an action I have proof of everything if you guys need more proof thanks

      WHEN SAID CUSTOMER CAME IN IN CAME IN WITH DPF ISSUES AND HE COULDN'T GO OVER 5 MPH SO WE GOT HIM INTO THE **** AHEAD OF ABOUT 13 OTHER CUSTOMERS,WHICH HE CLAIMED TO BE HAPPY ABOUT. NOW I QUESTION. WE GOT TRUCK IN **** AND PERFORMED A REGEN ON HIS TRUCK WHICH TOOK A LITTLE OVER 4 HOURS AND I BELIEVE THAT WE ONLY CHARGED FOR 2 HOURS. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH CUSTOMER WE DECIDED TO CHARGE FULL 4 HOURS BECAUSE HE DECIDED TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE ELSE WHERE BEFORE ANYTHING WAS PAID CUSTOMER CALLED ANOTHER WRECKER COMPANY TO TOW VEHICLE WITH OUT MAKING ANY SORT OF PAYMENT. *** AFTER *** HAPPENED AND SAID CUSTOMER CALLED THE **** AND SAID THAT WE WERE THREATENING HIM AND WANTING TO FIGHT HIM. **** CAME AND FOUND OUT THAT THAT WASN'T TRUE SAID CUSTOMER ARGUED WITH THE **** THAT HE CALED OUT BECAUSE HE FELT THAT HE DIDN'T FEEL THAT HE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY HIS BILL. CHARGES WERE FOR A COMPLETE FOUR HOUR REGEN NOT JUST A COMPUTER HOOK UP. **** TOLD CUSTOMER TO PAY HIS BILL FOR WHAT WE HAD DONE TO IT AND HE WOULD BE GOOD TO GO. AFTER HE PAID HE DID A FORMAL COMPLIANT AGAINST THE ****************** POLICE FOR BEING BIASED AND FAVORING ON US. TROOPER/SHERIFF ******* OUT OF ********** ****** CAME TO OUR **** TO SPEAK WITH EVERYONE INVOLVED AND FOUND EVERYTHING WAS FAIR. WE JUST HAD AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THAT DIDN'T WANT TO PAY HIS BILL. WE FELT THE NEED TO PARK OUR UTILITY TRUCK IN FRONT OF HIS VEHICLE DUE TO THE **** WE FELT HE WASN'T GOING TO PAY AND IT ONLY CONFIRMED OUR SUSPION WHEN WRECKER SHOWED UP TO TOW TRUCK BEFORE BILL WAS PAID. WE HAVE WORKED WITH THIS WRECKR COMPANY IN THE PAST AND THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD NOT TOUCH UNTIL WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF. OUR PAYMENT BEING MADE BY CUSTOMER.       I am rejecting this response becaus

      As I  attached photos of two different amounts of invoices you guys can clearly see they have increased the charges only after I said Im taking my truck else where to repair. Now here is the thing they said in the email they only charged me 2 hours but after  after back and forth they decided to charge me 4 hours . Ok there wasnt back and forth situation the day I came to their shop 12-4-23 my truck had DEF problem and wont take force regeneration unless to hookup on computer to see if the problem goes away so all they did was computer hook up and nothing changed, the problem didnt go away all the codes were there and derate 5mph still there , it was getting late and time to close the shop they informed me to park the truck on the public street in front of their shop and they will look at it tomorrow. even though they didnt find out the problem nor fixed anything   Still I  understand they did a job put a time and hooked up on the the computer so I before I left the shop and parked my truck outside I asked them HOW MUCH THIS COMPUTER HOOKUP TODA? I asked that just to make sure things like this wont happen and to clear things out so they told me $ ****** and gave me invoice of that amount which I attached a photo of it , I took that invoice knowing this is what I owe them then the next day they didnt have time to look at my truck so the third day I decided to tow my truck to freightliner dealership , the towing guys were ready to tow my truck the  night before this incident day I decided to wait until in the morning just pay these guys off before I leave , I would just leave during the night if Im escaping with money I spent two nights outside on the street in my truck, no gates no fences to stop me so please for them saying they blocked my truck cuz I was gonna off is ridiculous, anyways when they came to the shop I went to them to pay the invoice they gave me and informed them Im taking my truck else where they didnt like that and his face changed started giving me attitude so I had my invoice and tried to pay that $****** then they started flipping and yelling like no no man thats not the right amount and then they started making another invoice writing stuff in front of me so that when the argument started , I still dont understand why they changed the amount now , they didnt give me no reason except Im taking my truck . The cops came and the owner of the shop was showing attitude towards the cops too . The new invoice I have attached on this is $499.20  this clearly was ripped off and highway robbery because they didnt do anything for me on top of that I was ready to pay what they charged me on the day they touched my truck they dont have no right to charge me after that , my truck wasnt even in their shop after that first day , that 4 hours he said , as a service person you set your charges on the time and the day you have done the job , all of us has personal cars or other stuffs and nobody would be happy if this happened to them . The other thing Im not the only one had this issue with them I did my research and there are other people have same problem as mine with these guys , . The other thing he wrote lie after lie ? And nothing was true ? I believe the owner didnt understand my point and my complaint and he is still aggressive . What did I lie about ? Everything is out there , two invoices are there plus the dealership invoice of computer hookup and how much they charged also the dealership found out the problem right away and work was done in one day I have all that prove , let me repeat it again MY COMPLAINT IS THE NEW INVOICE YOU GUYS ISSUED THE *** I SAID OM TAKING MY TRUCK ? You guys already said your price the day you guys done work on my truck you dont get to change your mind after two days and overcharge me ok sir . He also talked about CHARGES WERE FOR A COMPLETE FOUR HOUR REGEN NOT JUST A COMPUTER HOOK UP. ok 4 hours regen so did that regen fix the issue? If not computer hook up what else you guys did beside hooking up the computer ? Come on now everyone knows first its computer hook up then find out the issue and inform the customer the amount to fix if the customer doesnt want to fix it then the customer pays that computer hook up / diagnostic. What else is there ? . He also mentioned I file complaint against the city of the ****** police for been bias well Im telling you right now Im  taking my case to a court too. And until a judge solves this I wont stop sir . and I hope BBB DO INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE **** ABD TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOU . This way Im gonna help other hardworking truck drivers on the road save them from you and you will be stopped

      NEVER DID WE INCREASE THE INVOICE,IT IS THE SAME INVOICE.CHARGE AS THE ORIGINAL WE GAVE DISCOUNT BECAUSE ***** WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, BUT WHEN CUSTOMER WANTED TO TAKE ********************** ELSEWHERE WE TOOK OFF THE DISCOUNT..(TRUCK SAT IN OUR BAY,SO WE HAVE TO CHARGE.) WE HAD TO HOOK UP TO DIAGNOSIS COMPUTER TO SEE IF FORCE ***** WAS POSSIBLE BECAUSE CUSTOMER HAD TO GO. WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY AND PUT HIM AHEAD OF QUITE A FEW PEOPLE,WE WERE JUST TIRED OF THE BACK AND FORTH. IF YOU LOOK AT THE INVOICE, IT IS ALL THE SAME DATE.YES WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOU DAYS AFTER TRUCK WAS IN SHOP BECAUSE FURTHER DIAGNOSE WAS SCHEDULED BUT NOT COMPLETED SO WE NEED TO GET PAID FOR WHAT WE DID DO,WE DID A SERVICE AND REPAIRS WEREN"T DONE. YOU WANTED TO SLEEP IN THE TRUCK THAT'S WHY TRUCK WAS OUT ON THE ROAD.PEOPLE ARE HARASSING US ONLINE WITH FAKE FALSE REVIEWS ADDED HIS FOR REFERENCE ALOT OF LIES.LOOK AT THE DATE AND THE INVOICE NUMBER THEY MATCH.       On August 27, 2022, my truck (2011 Ram ****) broke down outside **********, ******. I drove the truck to Stanton Truck for repairs. I was led to believe that mechanics would assess the vehicle, clean the undercarriage of diesel, and repair the truck within days. It is now 64 days later, November 1, and no estimate of repair costs nor work on my truck has been provided. Again, I have had no estimate of costs provided to me. I desire to now use a vehicle transport company to get the truck to my residence. I'm being told that an invoice will be drawn up for work to date and that I may pick up my vehicle when the invoice is paid. I believe that charging for work without first providing an estimate to be illegal under ****** law. And, it's been 64 days that my vehicle has been with this mechanic.

      WHEN *************** CAME INTO OUR SHOP HE COULD SEE AND WE REITTERATED THAT WE WERE REALLY BUSY, AND OUR YARD WAS COMPLETLY PACKED AND WE ARE PRODOMINATLY SEMI AND RV REPAIR. I HAVE SPOKEN TO **************** AND HE HAS PAID HIS INVOICE AND WE ARE AWAITING A TOW TRUCK TO GET HIS TRUCK OFF OF MY LOT. WHICH AFTER 5 DAYS OF THE INVOICE BEING PAID IF TRUCK IS NOT REMOVED FROM MY LOT IT WILL BEGIN TO COLLECT DAILY STORAGE OF $35.00 PER DAY. HIS PARTNER DOESN'T BELIEVE THAT HIS TRUCK IS LOCATED WHERE THEY LEFT IT. WE HAVEN'T BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 9 PLUS YEARS FROM LYING TO MY CUSTOMERS. WE ARE A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS THAT HAS INTEGRITY AND I KNOW WE DO GREAT WORK.
