    Absolutely disgusting hotel room. There was mold on the faucet and wall in the bathroom, probably because the fan was so inadequate, there were ant traps in the room and ants, there was black mold on the window, a huge gap under the door allowing for all hallway and back door noises to come inside the room, and the tub drain was backed up so when we took showers we were standing in dirty water 6" deep.The fact that he has ant traps in the rooms means he knows he has ants, and that hes not willing to hire an exterminator to properly take care of it. I notified the front desk manager the next day and she was dismissive, never apologized, was angry we didn't want to try *************** late at night, and told me she'd call me the next day which she never did. I called the general manager ***************** and he was abusive on the phone. He yelled at me instantly and constantly throughout the attempt to tell him what I experienced, told me I was lying, never let me speak, and even admitted that the tub did not drain. I tried to let him know o have pictures of all the issues and again, he controlled the entire conversation and wouldnt allow me to speak. No accountability, no offer to resolve or correct issues. ***************** said to me,If you try to report me, I know what to do

    The allegations are absolutely baseless. The claim from her to the front desk was that the drain water is coming back in the shower. The drain plugs are a new ones which has to be turnd half way to open. She was having shower in a closed drain resulting in an inch of water. We had no way to teach her how the drain plug works. Claim of mould is baseless. We periodically replace the cockings and there is no way a mould is visible in the shower. It is her children ******* the tv and we received few complaints of noice from her neighbours. We called the room several times but she had left the kids in the room on their own and left out to some other work for unknown hours which shows her irresponsible behaviour. 

    From the beginning she went ov asking for discounts even from the evening shift guy immediately after checking in. She once again repeated her discount demand to the front desk manager before checking out. As we were aware that she is a rip off customer front desk denied her claim. Immediately after her complaint of tub not draining our maintenance guy went and turned the drain plug half way and  water just drained without using any mechanical tools.

    Hence her complaint is baseless and far from truth.

    I am not a rip off customer, I however don't feel it is appropriate to charge $287.5 per night for a room in this condition. Bala (the *** is a bully and a liar. If you have a complaint about his dilapidated hotel he will make you think it's your fault, similar to what he has done with me. My children and I needed a place to stay while my husband added a bathroom to our house. There was lead paint and asbestos in our house, it wasn't safe to be there. We weren't expecting the room to be "fancy" but we expected it to be safe. It was anything but. **** wasn't in the shower with me so I'm not sure how he knows how high the water level was. The ** was never up loud, but it was on, meaning that if there were complaints it's because there wasn't enough insulation installed when they did the remodel. Black mold was present and I have the pictures to prove it. The kids were not left alone in the room, that accusation is baseless. What kind of a GM refers/responds to a customer in this manner? His reaction was much worse when it was just the two of us on the phone. ****'s response only proves his narcissism. Beware of this SCARY man and STAY AWAY from this dilapidated motel.
