Hiland water needs to do better for its customers. Charges high rates for water but continues to have outages, boil water notices and bad smelling water. Someone needs to investigate and be held accountable.Review from Gwen D

This company encourages animal abuse !!! I witnessed an employee hit my dog with a shovel and then he deny the act. When I called to make a complaint the supervisor said he encouraged his employees to take any means possible when approached by a dog. He said his employee is scared of dogs, but instead of getting back in his truck when my dog was coming down my dead end private drive, he felt safe enough to get out of his truck walked around his truck, pulled out a shovel took three steps towards my dog and full swing and connect with my dog as she was on my property doing her job. I seen it happen I heard her cry at the connection. I witnessed my dog hurt. The supervisor applauded his employee actions and said that me and my dog are in the wrong. This employee parked at the end of my drive way to conduct business up my neighbors driveway. No reason for this employee to park where he did and do what he did. Private, dead end road and Im at fault ?! No I dont think so. WATCH YOUR PETS This is bad business, bad employees, horrible leadership.
