9/1/2024 - my partner, myself and our two dogs spent the night at this motel. We would have left immediately if we had somewhere else to stay (driving back home several hours after a long day was not safe). The room had garbage in drawers, the floor was damp, the sheets were not clean (smelled like body odor), and we saw a cockroach soon after checking in. There was a cleaning product left in our bathroom that said 420 odor remover so I assume the previous stay had been smoking inside, which would explain the smell. The room next door was up all night slamming doors, and when we woke up to check out, we nearly walked our dogs onto a pile of broken glass. I booked through a third party and have not been able to get in touch with a hotel manager directly but we paid nearly $200 for this stay. If I had known our health and safety would be at risk (we had food in the room! We did not think that would be risky because of roaches), we could have just stayed home. There are so many inexpensive hotels in this area that are CLEAN, these owners need some feedback on how poorly they are keeping their business. Side note - the staff member at the front desk was incredibly kind and attempted to assist us, and judging from their exhausted demeanor, they are probably the last person at fault for this.Initial Complaint

This business has deplorable practices. Reviews state there is mold in the rooms and the employees and owner are rude. From my personal experience, they wont allow anyone to check in past 8pm. If you attempt they will cancel your reservation and refuse to issue a refund. And even fight you to the point it will be past a certain amount of time so they wont be able to issue one. Forcing guest to eat the cost and find other lodging last minute.It also should be mentioned they believe guest are lying and refuse any sort or courtesy. Got told that one when I got off a plane heading to their location.
