I had to wait like 8 mos to get an appointment with any veterinary. Here inWaldport ****** cause my cat was late on his vaccines.AndNO veterinary here would see my cat for an an Emergency.Because he had an abscess/ puncture wound.They told me take him to ********* ******.Just last week I finally got an appointment with NewportVeterinary hospital.Brought my cat in for an abscess bit wound and a complete exam and to get him vaccinated. Andlooking at the paper I filled out for a new patient.And I had also brought with a facial sample like quessed.The Dr.came in looked at the abscess and said he need antibiotics for it or it wouldn't heal.Told me he had eggs in the sample so he had worms.Also told me he has fleas. In which she did not comb him to find out for sure.All She said was he did have worms. and no exam.Didn't look in ears,nose,mouth didn't feel his stomach nothing.Did not do anything like it should have been done.Them she asked if I wanted blood work done to see if he had cat leukemia or cat aids.I said yes. She told he couldn't die from the aids.Shecame back with results saying he didn't have either one right now.But should be tested again later with no timeframe. She came in and gave him shots all down his back including his rabbis.And I know there are certain spots for the rabbis to given in and same with the vaccines. So she gave one shot was for his worms and gave me more in tube to give him the next day for the worms, then rabbis shot, his vaccines, and his antibiotic.Then gave me a tube to put on him also the next day for the to prevention the fleas and all the worms. With no instructions or precautions.And my cat is not able to go to use his liter box now.He didn't have these problems before all of this.Tried calling the vet about it and can't get a hold of them. It was Thursday when I took him to the vet.Called Monday,Tuesday Wednesday.My cat had NONE OF PROBLEMS before this.I was charge $430.00 for of this.She did not dojob properly Rushed treating my cat and out the door. also didn't sign his rabbis certificate.Customer response

Also I would like to be reimbursed the 430. Dollars from the first time. And to add more. Newport veterinary hospital didn't provide any of the necessary information on the side effects for the antibiotics, and for Profender. And results from the blood work that was also done. Or the test to show my cat had worms.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not say I found my cat NAANOOK as a stray. I had showed her his previous paper work from his other vet. She DID NOT COMB HIM FOR FLEAS. She just assumed that he did had fleas. Cause what she had found in the ***** sample. And then did not send paper work home with him concerning the antibiotics shot. Like side effects or how the cat might react to it. Or what to if he reacted badly from it. Nor the results of the blood work they did to him. Didn't sign his certificate for giving him the rabbis vaccine. And asked about recheck. Nor did they say anything about rescheduling like most of the vets do. I filled the instructions on the flea box with no extra side affects paperwork. And no paperwork for the worm medicine they had sent home with us. Like most vet do. I have been to several vets and they always send you home with a small stack of paperwork. Covering everything they do and the medicines given. Also she rush through the whole exam. Like I said before she didn't check his ears, nose,eyes or felt his ad abdomen. Or checked under his tail. I still it was a very poor visit. And I feel I she be reimbursed for at least half of what I paid for the visit. Which is $215.00
