  I took my car which ran perfectly, didn't leak any oil. The only thing that was wrong with it. Was making a clunking noise in the front end after 3 months and $1800. My car doesn't even run. I took it to another mechanic who said they ruined my car. They have no idea what they did. But ******* motorsports ruined the motor on my car. The number 2 piston will not even fire. It needs a new motor this car ran fine when I brought it down there. It's got a ****** miles on it.Ran perfect until I took it to them people.

  They are not an LLC company. They are not even registered with the ***************. So I don't even know why that's behind their name I checked this

  I'm sorry for your bad experience ***********************. I don't know where you're getting your information but I am a AED certified diesel technician. My business is registered with the state and federally. We understand that buying a car for $500 that needed a lot more work than you thought can be a very stressful and an emotional situation. You originally stated that the car needed a very expensive cutch replacement and struts. We ordered the clutch and struts without even inspecting the vehicle because you said it needed it and you had been a good customer in the past. We have worked on multiple vehicles of yours including your 2013 Dodge Ram that you thought the motor was blown up in. We diagnosed it very quickly and professionally repaired it. The broken valve spring that was the issue usually consists of removing the head which is a very costly job. Instead we ordered a special tool to do the job to save you thousands of dollars to not have to remove the head. Upon receiving the ***** and inspecting it the clutch was in perfect working condition. Most shops would of just put it in and made the money off you because you said you wanted it done but being a professional we did not install it saving you a lot of money again. We still have the clutch we purchased for you. During the initial inspection the vehicle was not in good running order. We have documentation of all of this. Among other things the vehicle was leaking in multiple places, misfiring, along with multiple improper repairs.

  This is the initial repair order from July that shows the customer is lying. Vehicle was leaking oil from the beginning as well as misfiring on cylinder #2. The second repair order from September showing it was still misfiring creating crankcase pressure and that we even used ** dye method to determine the crankcase seal was one of the culprits for the oil leaking. We had to use the ** die method due to the excessive amount of oil around the motor.

  So what the h*** did you guys do to help me? What the h*** is Better Business Bureau 4? I've filed a complaint and you say it's closed already. What kind of ******** is that f*** better business bureau you guys ****

  When I brought my **** ****** 6 in perfect running condition to 541 Marcottes Motorsports. The reason I brought it. There is because when I pulled in my driveway, it made a thumping noise had nothing to do with the motor not why I brought it there a thumping noise which they replace the struts.  Still made the noise they replaced a transmission mount. Still made the noise charged me $1800 and it still makes the same noise. Now it does even run and since my landlord only allows us to have 2 running cars. I had to get rid of it because it doesn't run. Therefore my landlord would not allow me to keep it here. So I sold it for junk.  I am very upset about this. That was a beautiful car. It ran like a top until these guys gotta hold of it.

  You can tell he's lying and it shows in the initial repair order which clearly states the vehicle wasn't running good, was misfiring and leaking oil from the beginning.
